1 starFirst time I needed to use Car Shield, their policy said they cant reimburse me. The dealer I had taken the car to wouldnt accept Car Shield because, as they indicated, too many of their customers have been screwed over by ********************** by not honoring their contract or making getting paid for a repair, a total runaround. 4 starsI have CarShield for 4 years and most all of my car issues were covered and paid for by CarShield. I wish basic maintenance was covered too , such as oil change and new brakes pads.Review fromRobert J M

5 starsbeen with carsheild for a few years they handled every case they covered for me great and timely...the dealer jacks up price for not installing carsheild parts not genuine ome parts i had to pay difference,, satisfied with service...Review fromLuke M

1 starThey covered my repairs but refused to work with me on rental coverage when the repairs went over their allotted time frame. Terrible customer service and nasty attitudes from everyone I talked to. Apparently the highest person in the company I can talk to is someone named ****** whos a supervisor from customer service. Also, their policies are divinely inspired and cannot be changed by any mortal being.

1 starThis company is a rip off we had it on 2 cars for some years whenever something went wrong they came up with a excuse why they couldn't fix it they hide behind having actors do there commercials but this company is fraudulent I will tell everyone I run across.CarShield

1 starI had them for 6 yrs and only used twice. Both times I had to pay more than my deductible. My transmission went out and the one they sent to replace ot was bad then to fix the bad transmission they only sent parts instead of another transmission. My car was in the shop for a month and half they gave me a rental car far TWO WEEKS and wouldn't approve another one. I wish I would've done my homework before going with this company. 1 starWas hounded by car shield **** and offered huge discounts to sign up for their warranty so I did for both my Chrysler, ************** and Range Rover. After about a year, I had a claim on the Range Rover that they immediately denied. They also told me on the phone throughout the process of the claim that I would be able to get a rental and that would be reimbursed, regardless of whether the claim was approved and the same thing for the tow because my vehicle had to be towed. Now after they denied the claim, theyre also denying to pay both the tow and the rental reimbursement stating that its only covered if your claim is covered while I was not told that on the phone, I was told that I could get the rental and that that and the tow would be covered Multiple phone calls and hours on the phone these guys are a bunch of shysters scam artist and I would not recommend going with the!CarShield

1 starthat it's difficult to get a claim paid, with lengthy phone calls and a complicated approval process. . Then they want to put in used parts in ! This company is not at east as claimed to be ., we had to pay over ****** in charges they would not pay , including handling charges and other charges!CarShield
