5 starsI called car shield to f to file a claim, and the lady that waited on me asked me if I wanted her to find a mechanic that will fix my car so she found a mechanic .that would fix my car less than 3 miles away from my home. It was quick and on point.thanks car shield.Review fromKathy M

2 starscoverage was not what I expected. all the claims I have filed have denied. I have had the policy for 5 years, put in 4 claims and I have had to spend money on three of them.

1 starI’ve made two claims one got denied and the second I had to pay 1100.00 out of 3000.00 my deductible was 250.00 dealerships say it takes 12 hrs. To do the job but carshield will only pay for 9 hrs. That’s because they go by Mitchel pro demand. Dealerships don’t even go that. So yes we are getting ripped off. Sad to say but just about all warranty companies will do that to everyone just so they don’t have to pay out so much.CarShield
