      I swear, someone who works for this bank must be stealing our information! Three to four times a year our account gets hacked, our money stolen. We have to wait several days to get our money back and either a new account number, or debit card. But as soon as we get all that done, we het hacked again. The security is non- existent! We are about to change banks, because this disruption to our livelihood is unacceptable!!

      This is hands down the most frustrating bank to work with. nothing works properly. I linked all my accounts to the point the they know my weight at birth. Still cant transfer money between accounts although everything says linked. Dont bank here. save yourself the aggravation!

      So unsatisfied with this Bank been a customer since the last two years but make my final payment on my loan on July 30 and they still have not yet released the title. Can you bring me around in circles? No one to give me a direct answer.

      Applied for a loan for equipment was approved use truck as collateral did title work e-sign all paperwork bank told equipment company on Friday everything was done and ready bank called Mon morning backing out of loan saying they made a mistake I have over 800 credit score and they tried to get me to proceed through another bank would not respond to equipment company and I finally told them to remove and cancel they are not good people to do business with

      I made a credit card payment from a non First Citizens Bank Account via ACH, they placed a 7 day hold on the payment. ( Payment came out of my account the next day) I called and was told it was because of risk, so I asked how can I prevent this; I was told if you make a cash payment it would post to the ** and go towards the available balance immediately. We go into a branch and make a cash payment and the next day I check the balance and it hasn't posted. I now have 2 payments totaling almost ******** that has not posted and was told there is nothing they can do. I have had an account with *** for over 20 years and for the last 5 years have paid my ** off the end of each month. To # 1 hold my ACH for 7 days is ridiculous, and to not post cash is even more ridiculous. If my credit was ran today, This could negatively impact me because it would show my card maxed out because nothing has posted. I have called and talked to multiple people and nothing can be done. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER............ ESPECIALLY FOR A 20 YEAR RELATIONSHIP.

      I have been a customer of ******************** Citizen for years now. I have a personal and business account. On 3/8 it was time to renew my business line of credit account and I reached out with questions regarding it on 3/6 and went to the Summerville branch on 3/7 to sign my paperwork because my approval went through. I was under the impression that everything was good until I received a call indicating that my account was delinquent and my business credit score has changed to an F from A. Im furious because someone dropped the ball when I did what I was supposed to do and to mention im being charged 2 late fee charges one in the amount of $492.35 and $3.60. I have reached out numerous times being told it's being worked on and nothing is being resolved. I want my credit rating to go back to A and the two late fees waived.

      A large check was fraudulently cashed from our account, even though the issuer and signer didn't matchonly the account number did. We reported it within a few days, but the bank claimed checks are only verified by routing number and account number, and must be voided within 24 hours. We lost significant $$ due to the banks weak check-and-balance measures, allowing a fraudulent check with mismatched details to clear.

      Time to move banks. No branch in ************* & requires me to drive 1 hour to deposit a check because they set a random amount for remote deposits. They certainly dont appreciate my business.

      I am a highly successful entrepreneneur. I have banked off and on with them for over 55 years. I had a hugely unsuccessful experience with them. They are a stodgy, judgemental, paranoid bunch of arrogant narcissist. I strongly suggest First Bank in ********* as an alternative.

      I have been dealing with fraud on my account for the last thirty days with over 1000 dollar in fraud chages this was the second one in the last 30 days. I called to have my money put back into my account... i was laughed at by employees and the situatioin is not atken seriously. After 3 days my money was not returned back to my account .i called no one even filed to have the fraud looked at. I call in friday morning to have my money put back and close my account and they cant do it because they need to file it now instead of three days ago. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!Customer service is bad Security is terrrible Everything about this place has gone down hill in the last 2 years. Been baking witht hem for over 10 years.
