      I bought a ticket to ******** through Turkish Airlines and, shortly after, someone who had access to my ticket information cancelled the flight. I called Turkish Airlines asking to reinstate my ticket and was informed that I cannot get it back because it's "been refunded" (Even though the ticket is final sale and non-refundable).

      Reservation ****** for our flight on August 29th from *** to OTP and looks like the system has recorded my name ******* as ANT with all other data, last name, passport number and Mileage Membership number correct. The first time we realized this issue was the day of the flight August 29th - when we tried to check in our luggage at ***. We were told that the tickets cannot be issued and the only thing that can be done is to have the tickets reissued on the corrected name.However the catch the ticket ( the same seats, same flights , same passport and same last name ) will cost now UDS ******* compared with the USD ******* originally ******* was also indicated this is the only way in which TH can refund the original USD ******* paid in February and that I can contact **************** for an adjustment on the USD *******.A feedback was immediately filed *********** explaining the name change and the emergency of the situation. I immediately called the customer Service line and personally explained what happened. I have not been contacted as requested in *********** by any ** representative..I am here to ask you to reconsider the price paid at the counter and reduce it from UDS ******* to USD ******* as the ticket issued was the same as the original. I think it would be extremely unfair not to have the difference of $5570 refunded to me by Turkish Airlines Organization.Original Reservation ****** with name: ANT and original price paid USD8354.8 for two tickets Original feedback *********** that was created at the gate asking for the name change and explaining the emergency of the situation New e-ticket ************* for USD******* . We email Turkish Airlines 5 times and got no response.

      In December of last year, I purchased a fully flexible business class ticket from Turkish Airlines. The fully flexible ticket meant I was able to change to my flight and/or get a refund if I needed to cancel. I have all the flight info on my phone if I need to provide it. Shortly after finalizing all my reservations and trip plans, I discovered that my father has a severe heart condition and, as a result, needs a number of invasive tests and open heart surgery. My mother is disabled and can't help at all so any care for my father falls to me. I changed my flight, rather than cancel, until I knew more about what was going on and whether or not I would still be able to make my trip, just with a delay or whether I would need to cancel it for the time being. But after a month, I recently decided that I need to cancel my trip entirely until my father recovers. There's just too much going on with my father, too many appointments, and bad days and I can't leave him like that. So, I tried to cancel my flight. But Turkish Airlines is refusing to cancel my flight, to refund me, or to even change my flight once more to give me additional time to figure things out. They told me to go to a sales office, but there are none in my area. When I bought the ticket, it explicitly said "fully refundable". I don't understand why they're refusing to help & I can't afford to be out over $4,000 for a flight I can't take. I'm looking into disputing the charge with my credit card company, but I really don't want to go that way. I'd rather get the refund from the airlines that I'm entitled to with purchase of an expensive fully flexible ticket. However, I also can't afford to wait months for a resolution; my father's tests are already costing us thousands of dollars. I could really use some help with this. If Turkish Airlines sees this & cares at all, please reach out and help me with this refund. Please, someone, help me.

      I purchased a Turkish Airlines ticket to fly to a wedding in *********. Non refundable. I show up for my flight and I am informed by ticket agent that I can not board due to my passport booklet being in poor condition. My passport already had been scanned and functional by authentication measures. I was not allowed to board the flight and now am being told I have no options except to buy a completely new ticket with no regards to the $837 spent on the previous flight that I was well prepared and available for check in.

      I am filing this complaint against Turkish Airlines after nearly two years of unresolved issues and no satisfactory resolution, even after complaints to *****. The incident occurred on January 27, 2023, on flight **** (IST to SFO, Ticket No. *************). During taxiing, I was asked to change seats due to persistent water dripping from the overhead compartmenta clear violation of *** regulations, as passengers must remain seated with seatbelts fastened during this critical phase. The water dripping lasted over 45 minutes, causing discomfort and impacting my personal belongings. (video evidence: ********************************************************).Despite filing a complaint in March 2023, Turkish Airlines offered only ***** miles and a discount for future travel, which I rejected. This response failed to address the inconvenience and the *** violation. When I escalated to ***** in July 2024, the airline responded via the same employee (Neslihan) whose dismissive handling I had previously complained about. Allowing Neslihan to address a complaint involving their own prior conduct demonstrates a conflict of interest. A second ***** complaint in August 2024 was also handled by Neslihan, leading to the same inadequate response.I am seeking: 1) acknowledgment of *** violations, 2) an independent review excluding Neslihan, 3) monetary compensation for inconvenience and safety concerns, and 4) assurances Turkish Airlines will comply with *** regulations to prevent future violations. Turkish Airlines dismissive responses, coupled with no accountability for safety breaches, have been unacceptable. I request the BBBs assistance to resolve this matter fairly.

      I booked a flight from *** to KHI in November and used ****** points (transferred from my credit card to my Turkish Airlines account) to upgrade to business class for the KHI-IST leg. However, during check-in at *** on December 28, 2024, I was denied boarding in business class. The airline claimed a tax of approximately $1,300 was requiredmore than the cost of my entire ticket.Since I chose not to pay, I was downgraded to economy class. I was assured my ****** points would be refunded to my credit card, but I have not received them yet. I contacted Turkish Airlines and was told to submit feedback, which I did on January 9, 2025. I was promised a response within two business days, but I have not heard back.I would appreciate assistance in retrieving my ****** points (worth $350) so I can use them for other purchases or upgrades.       I booked 4 flights with Turkish Airlines on 5/4/24. The travel dates were 10/1-10/6, 24. I had taken 1/4 flights when Turkish Airlines canceled the remaining 3 flights. Stranded in a foreign country, I had to find alternative ways home as Turkish Airlines provided no support aside from promising a refund for the canceled flights. Once I returned home, I tried to get my refund for the canceled flights but found that there were many hoops to jump through. Following all instructions and completing forms on the website, I received an email on 11/22/24 stating that I was approved for a refund of $318.20 and was issued a "refund check number" with this. After not receiving the money, I called and was told that I need to contact the New York City sales office to get the refund money. After emailing and calling with the contact info provided, I received no response. I have called Turkish Airlines dozens of times over the past several months and each time I get the response of "there is nothing we can do" when I tell them that all of their instructions lead to dead ends. I would like to receive the refund for the flights that they canceled and promised a refund for, but with their instructions, this has become impossible. It feels as if they are purposely withholding my refund that they promised. Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated. I have attached emails regarding the cancelation and of the approved refund, of which the money has still not been sent to me.

      I am filing a formal complaint against Turkish Airlines for mishandling my baggage and poor customer service.Flight Information:PNR: ****** Route: DEL (*****) to *** (*****************) via IST (********)Date of Travel: January 6th, 2025 Upon arrival at ***, I was informed my baggage was left behind in ********. I filed a complaint and was told it would be quicker to pick up my bags in ********, which I agreed to. I was assured I would receive a follow-up call once my bags were cleared and ready. However, I later learned my baggage was handed over to ***** for delivery without my consent.I had provided a temporary address, as I was looking for permanent accommodation, but I have since moved. I contacted ***** to change the delivery address, but they denied my request.       My luggage was damaged on a flight to turkish airways, I filed a complaint with them (case **********) and uploaded receipts and pictures. They asked me one question over email and have not gotten back to me since then.

      I transferred and purchased ****** points to Turkish Airlines' points program with the intention of upgrading a flight (******** to ORD leg) (res ******* for my husband. The upgrade is available on their website, customer service agents have said that its available (called at least 5x to customer service, 2x to chicago office, and one email that was not replied to.) Despite it being available, an issue in their system is preventing the upgrade, and they haven't been able to resolve the issue or know why. I'm also flying was able to upgrade my flight. Because I not only transferred miles from another account but also purchased $900 worth of points through their website for this upgrade, it feels as though I've been scammed into buying points that I cant actually use and that their customer service refuses to address.
