      Worst costumer service. They hang up on you. ****** credit card should change their credit card services to other credit company. Citibank is tainting their reputation.

      These a** holes at Citibank are all ignorant . and when you call you get someone in **** when you ask to speak to someone in ******* they hang up on you then when you finally get someone in ******* this IDIOT cant help you . you ask for his boss he refuses to get his boss, Dont know about the rest of y'all but I don't want to do business with a company in ******* that sends all its calls to a overseas phone 3rd party now overseas has all your info, and *** ****** says he didn't care if I went with Citibank or not real good customer care there , Stay away from ******************** folks

      I applied for a balance transfer and was approved. Since then it's been an absolute nightmare. Balance transfer was not done in a timely manner. They sent a check in the MAIL for the transfer. It has taken forever,! **************** has given me wrong info several times. Do not use this bank!!!

      To say that the Citibank **************** General Support line is atrocious, is an insult to the word atrocious! !!!After hitting 0 about 12 times to get out of that hideous phone tree, and finally get someone on the line, they sound like theyre in a Third World country, with a horrible phone connection and barely coherent English. And more often than not, they cant solve any problems of any magnitude, often referring to another department that is equally inept. Currently, as of yesterday April 4, 2025, Citibank put a freeze on my ATM debit card, and cannot tell me the reason why, stating that I will be called within 24 to 48 hours.Yeah , SURE I WONT BE !!!And no for warning was provided, so I got to embarrass myself trying but failing to pay for lunch for myself and two friends. Feel free to resolve this, Citibank ASAP or risk an ex-customer. My names is ***** ****** ******** and the card ends in 5704.

      Don't ever expect Citibank to cover you for fraudulent or unauthorized use on their credit cards. I filed police reports under oath gave them the case number for the investgating police officer and filed a compaint against them. They denied everything and as a result I refused to pay them. They reported me to the credit agencies who in turn downgraded my scores from the 800' to 600's and thratend to sue me. Stay away!!!!!

      Everytime I have had a problem with merchants they have stood by me and have resolved every issue. I feel totally confident using them, and are the only card I use for on-line orders. Sorry for others, but ***** they are great.

      This company is a really bad credit card company to work with because they have treated me unfairly they disrespected me and they did not care about ** situation with them with one oftheir credit cards that is through them and that was ** ****** credit card and they were malicious input fraudulent charges on it, especially charges that was their mistake and they did not fix it on ** ****** credit card account that isthrough them so I would never go with this company again because of the experience that I had with them they cannot be trusted not one bit, and all they can say through their mouths, our lies, and then they try to cover it up with more lies and if I had to give them a star as a rating, it would be actually zero stars, but Im just giving this one cause theydont deserve it until they can prove me otherwise and fix the problem that they have caused me that was their problem and not mine

      Im extremely disappointed with the service my mother and I received from *****, a customer representative. As someone who is autistic and has speech difficulties, I expect a level of patience and professionalism when seeking assistance. Unfortunately, ***** was incredibly rude, impatient, and even attempted to cut the call several times short instead of helping us properly. My mom even told her to call another representative for us.This was our second time yesterday calling to unblock our account, and despite her claiming it was resolved, the account remains lockedmeaning we have to endure this frustrating process yet again. Her lack of care and dismissive attitude made an already stressful situation even worse. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and I sincerely hope the company addresses it.

      Bad Customer Service:Called to cancel a credit card. Customer support agent in ***** attempted to coerce me into keeping the card. Went back and forth multiples times, with my request to cancel being met with an another offer to keep the card. After the 5th try, the agent finally went ahead with my request.I don't know what sort of incentives or mandates these agents get to do customer retention, but this is poor policy & a disrespectful way to treat people.

      I was charged a 30 dollar fee for a returned payment that I had payed, I called my bank they saw nothing was ever pushed through. Contacted Citi bank they where understanding said they would wave the fee, went ahead and payed the remaining balance. Happen to look and still have the 30 dollar charge. I call and get a rude *** who cant even speak english. States I needed to call back next month when it posted. I explained I was not ok with that and that I wanted to talk to a supervisor. She then accused me of cussing at her ( which I was on hold) then proceeded to leave me on hold for 20 minutes. Terrible customer service. I will be canceling my card.
