      This business lied about clams that I never made and therefore I get higher rates and denial of coverage. It's a sad thing how they treat me.

      I have requested a report from them 2 times. I filled out all online request for information and all information is correct. Both time requesting copies of my records with them, they have denied my request stating they could not verify my information. I have tried to call several times have have waited for someone to answer for over 45 minutes each time. I feel like they pulling an avoidance tactic as to not have to show information to those people they are reporting to insurance companies on thus avoiding accountability for misrepresentation. I would like a full report of what they report to companies requestion information from them along with companies that have requested my information from them.

      When I recently purchased a new car insurance plan, the amount I owed changed about a week later. When I asked why I now owe more they said it was because of their Lexis Nexis report. I've emailed multiple times because every time I try to get MY report it says not enough info. Even after providing address, SSN, and license number. When I finally got it, the letter gave me a login. The login wouldn't work. I emailed again and again, they keep telling me to call, but there's no option to speak to a person, only to request a report so it's impossible.

      LexisNexis Risk Solutions **** takes complaints from consumers extremely seriously and we have a robust process in place for resolving such matters, including a Legal review of all responses and handling by our Operations Escalated Response Team. 

      For Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaints, we continue to use a generic response for posting on the BBB website and a mail a more fulsome response to the consumer.? We have taken this approach to safeguard consumer-specific data; the BBB has confirmed that this is the better approach. 

      If the consumer does not agree with the BBB website response he or she can then reject the case on the BBB website; however, it keeps the consumers data safe.?? 

      And to reiterate, a separate letter is sent to the consumer with the specific details of the resolution via mail.

      I contacted LexisNexis on Mar 17th with a general question regarding how to dispute incorrect information on my report. Instead of simply answering this general question, they requested I confirm my identity, and they have not been responsive since Mar 19th on the same. LexisNexis, please simply provide this information and I will confirm all information when I move forward with disputes. There is no reason your team could not simply provide this over email and there is no reason you have no phone number that leads to a live human.

      I am filing this complaint against LexisNexis Risk Solutions for reporting a bankruptcy I did not file (Case #*******) and for failing to conduct a legally compliant investigation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).I disputed the bankruptcy record on February 25, 2025, and received a response from LexisNexis dated March 26, 2025, stating they verified the information through PACER, a public database for court records. However, they did not contact the bankruptcy court directly, nor did they obtain any court-certified documentation bearing my signature.PACER alone is not a legally valid source of verification for disputed consumer records. By relying solely on PACER and failing to verify the identity of the filer, LexisNexiss investigation is incomplete and inadequate under FCRA 1681i(a)(1) and 1681i(a)(5).Under the law, LexisNexis is required to:Conduct a reasonable reinvestigation when a consumer disputes information;Contact the source of the public record (the actual court);Delete any information that cannot be verified.Because they failed to do this, LexisNexis is now legally required to delete the bankruptcy from my consumer file.

      On January 2, 2025 I received correspondance from LexisNexis.I had worked on an error for over a month to resolve and was shown in a LN report and told over the phone I had ZERO property claims on my report.Background: ******************* had sent me a letter dropping my home insurance due to "Two property claims," which never happened, never received a *****, never had an adjuster come to the home----NOTHING. Filed a claim against Travelers after they gave me no support; had to get a new carrier, THEN after i filed with BBB, Travelers sent me a renewal policy--too late. Now I am looking for a landlord policy for a rental and I am told AGAIN by ***** **** that they cannot issue me a policy as I have a CLAIM on exact same property that I thought was resolved. ** does not answer the phone; must communicate over email. I have and now they tell me they do not have enough information! My LN Consumer number is *******. How long will this lie stay on my record? An intoxicated woman hit my home at ******************************, was arrested and her USAA paid in full. WHY DOES ** KEEP PUTTING A CLAIM ON MY ACCOUNT WHICH WAS PAID BY AN AUTO INSURER WHICH WAS NOT A CLAIM I MADE? Please help. Thank you

      LexisNexis possesses data about me that they refuse to release to me, despite repeated requests for that data by me (they are legally obligated to release that data to me upon my request). Their response claims that I am unable to verify myself; however, they provide no means by which I may remedy their claims of non-verification.I simply want to review my data and verify the accuracy of the data that this data broker holds on me.
