I am very happy and satisfied with the whole process from start to finish with my pop on veneers. My veneers feel great and look fantastic to wear all day. I have referred veneers to some of my family members also. I can finally show my smile again and would definitely recommend them to anyone.PopOnSmiles, LLC

Pop On Veneers have been a lifesaver for me. This is by far the best alternative option for those on a budget, who want to achieve the perfect movie star smile. 1 starI was really looking forward to these as Im not financially able to get the dental work I need done right now with a new baby. I had no issues with the imprints, got emails every step of the way with updates, and when the veneers finally arrived I thought it was some sort of joke. The veneer itself had a large ridge all along the gumline, and the "mature tan" that I ordered (because I'm 41 and don't bleach my teeth) was a **********************. The teeth themselves looked like something you would pair with a dopey Halloween costume. They're horse teeth. I put them on anyway, thinking I was just being rash and they immediately cut into my gums, causing them to bleed. I cannot justify spending $500 on plastic horse teeth that will cause an injury and infection. Like another person reported, the impressions were painful for me and not something I'm going to do again. I contacted customer service via email and told them the issue and that I wanted to be refunded (they do swear by a guarantee) and unlike all the other emails I'd sent and received a response immediately, I got nothing. And still nothing. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company. I was paying for a product that was supposed to enhance my smile and be comfortable, not something that would tear my mouth apart and make me look like Doofus. The color shown online is NOTHING like the chronic cigarette smoker color I got. Very disappointing and misleading. And now, untrustworthy. Don't swear by something and then just ghost a customer. After much research, I ordered my veneers in January 2022. I had difficulty getting the mold right, but finally April 7, 2022 my molds were accepted by Pop On Veneers. The veneers were scheduled to arrive in approximately two weeks. After a month passed, I reached out to them and received no response. I then asked ****** credit to reverse the charge. Pop On told ****** they'd already been sent. Not true. I have appealed twice, but to this day I have not received the veneers and the charge remains on my account.PopOnSmiles, LLC

PoponVeneers sends glowing, thoughtful, encouraging emails. However, none of what they say holds true. Although, they told ****** credit, the veneers had been delivered, their email to me said they would only be delivered after I withdraw my complaint and even then, it would take three more months. Definitely not worth the money I was trying to save its not logical I wore these one time lost 500$ and ended up paying another 7,000$ to have top dentures. I did however give one star for they did give me a 50 gift card for a review they didnt use to my knowledge I also did a video for that 50 and warned take your 500$ to the dentist at least it will be spent in what your teeth probably really need ?? First I must tell you about the popon veneers customer service these people have a number on their site if you have any questions to call,I must tell you if you call the numbers you on hold by an automated machine for ever and then automated answer telling you all customers service is on another call go to the website for help ok.when go to the website and you send in the problem they said someone will get back to you in 24hrs that 24hrs will pass days and still waiting ok I received my popon veneers on Friday may 20th and I try them on immediately I noticed where they were too tight on my teeth very very painful I try to eat with it felt like I have a toothache so I contract them on their website with the problem I do what they said I should.**** this is my first remake with them that I received my first order with them and they remake but am still having problems with the popon veneers so I told them in my complaint online that I needed a refund back from them am here waiting on their reply to start my return process to them but no communication from them they also said i have ************************************************************************************** to get to them so my mind can be free I am frustrated with them very very bad customer service they got no communication skills at all thank you for listening God bless.PopOnSmiles, LLC
