I ordered **** and veneers for my daughter they took money out of my check every week the amounted to $400 we never received any thing we never got the product I asked for my money back and they absolutely refuse to give me my money back. They didn't try to make up for it and send me the impression kit again because they lost the first one they didn't try to make up for the mistake that they made they just hung up on me and won't give me my money back I can't speak to anybody above the supervisor or the financial department. They absolutely have poor business ethics and morals I wouldn't choose him if I were you.PopOnSmiles, LLC

You were shipped an impression kit which has been delivered to you on 3/22/2023, however we see that you have filed a dispute with your financial institution on 4/11/2023 regarding your order prior to us receiving your impressions. Once a dispute is filed, your financial institution withdraws the funds used to pay for the order from our account. During this time, we can not take any action on your account as the order is then not paid for and under review by your financial institution. Your financial institution then reviews all of your account information and decides if the funds belong to you or to our company.
Your financial institution came to a resolution that the funds belong to our company. Once this happens that resolution is final. You may proceed with your order if you would like but you will have to do new impressions to complete the order. Please note: Once your financial institution comes to a resolution in favor of our company we are not able to process a refund on the account.
This is why we suggest that you do not file a dispute unless you have done all you can to work with our company prior. Additionally, we have also reviewed your phone calls with our representatives and will not tolerate foul language targeting our customer service team trying to assist you. I am very happy with my top and bottom pop on veneers. I had an issue with the first bottom veneers and the second bottom remake. However once l figured out what the problem was and explained to the staff. The technicians remade both top and bottom and l am very happy with the result. They did an excellent job. I love my veneers. I wear them all the time. I take them out to brush my natural teeth and rinse the veneers, then put them back. **************** was great and kept me up to date as to time line. I chose this company because my stepson got the upper arch and was so satisfied with his veneers from Snap On Veneers. 10 out 10 do not recommend this company by far the worst customer service you get a 30 day warranty for a product you pay $800 for if it cracks after that even within three months don't count on any help with this company. They will just ask you to buy another pair for an additional $140 and say they will then at that point "reinforce" them. Um shouldn't that be done before the product is shipped out. This is the second pair that has cracked and just bought them them In August. Definitely a money grab company for sure. Product ***** and so do their employees attitudes. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else.PopOnSmiles, LLC
