      I purchased glass lighted decorations for a table for a wedding in march 2024. it never arrived. i inquired about them. they said they would arrive in april, then late may, then early september. at that point i asked for a refund. again, i havent received any refund. this has been 5 months and at this point i would like to file a complaint.

      I placed an order for a light fixture in December 2023. After no word on delivery date, I emailed in February requesting to cancel my order. I have called and emailed many times, see attachments, and I have yet to get a refund. You can never get a hold of a live person and they rarely respond to emails. I need help.

      On 11/24/2023 we purchased a light fixture from Burke Décor Order# 848863 for $343.00 The original ship date was pushed back into 2024. We kept receiving notifications that it was pushed back further and further. Finally, in July 2024 we asked to cancel the transaction and receive a refund. We still have not received the refund even though they have acknowledged the cancellation of the item.

      I purchased a dining table from Burke Decor 11/24/23 for $1999.20. After months of runaround and delayed shipping dates and lack of communication, I requested the order be canceled. 2 months later I have still not received a refund. At this point I'd just like my money back.

      I placed my order in March. At the end of April I reached out because I had still not received my order. They told me it would now ship in JUNE...at the END of June I reached out again and they told me it would now not ship until END of AUGUST... I told them absolutely not I wanted my money back. I bought the product from another company and got it in THREE days. They told me on JULY 15th that I would get refunded in 15 days... I still have not been able to get my money back.

      I purchased a sample of wall paper July 25th. They charged my credit card $15.00. I have not received this. I sent 3 emails to customer service which were not answered. They do not have a live phone number for assistance. This company needs to be shut down.

      I placed an order with Burke decor in late December 2023. I was told the items would ship in 2 weeks. In late January they moved the shipping date until April. In April moved it to late June, then late August and now late October- mid November. Simply ridiculous! There’s no items coming. I’m certain at this point.

      In January 2024 I purchased an outdoor table for $2,030 online from Burke Decor. The website said it was in stock and would deliver in a matter of weeks. The table never arrived and each time I contacted Burke Decor (via their customer service email as at that time they did not have any phone numbers listed on their website) I was told the delivery date had been pushed back, matters beyond their control, supply chain problems etc. They eventually gave me the option of cancellation with a full refund, promising the refund within 14 days. I confirmed I wanted to cancel and get a refund on 7 May 2024. The refund never arrived and we have been messaging them probably twice a week since that time. When I asked to speak to a manager- or any human- they told me by email they did not take any phone calls. Each time they express how sorry they are but they are still holding onto this money. Once or twice they said they were having accounting issues, and that this issue would be prioritized etc. They are fraudulent or incompetent or both. I have never had such a terrible experience shopping online. Their website looks like they are legitimate but I do not believe they are. When the table delivery kept getting pushed back (between January-May 2024), I found it from a different company online- Perigold-, but because I was worried there was a supply issue (as Burke Decor has told me) I contacted the manufacturer- Four Hands in Texas- and asked them if they were having issues getting this table to suppliers. I did not want the delivery to be pushed back by another company. Four Hands told me they were not having any issues on their end, so it seems Burke Decor is selling items they have no access to. I received the table promptly from Perigold. I have 53 emails I have sent to Burke Decor (and about 20 I have received from them) and I have all this evidence to validate my claim. Please advise if you would like all these supporting emails.

      My client (I am a personal assistant) purchased a lamp and never received it. We kept getting emails saying they were pushing the ship date, then after I requested a refund they said they would process but never did.       I ordered a rug in October 2023 and paid $668.03 for it. The rug was supposed to arrive in December . When rug never arrived, I emailed Burke Decor customer service. I was told rug was on backorder until March. When rug didn’t arrive in March, I emailed again. Told rug still on back order. In May i emailed again. Finally told rug was not going to be available. Told i would get refund within 21 days, the refund was never credited to my card. Emailed Burke again, they said company could no longer access my card to issue refund. Burke hd me fill out form with my mailing address (or bank information- no way would i give that to them!) for the refund. Although it has been beyond the time they said to allow for the check, I have not received the check in the mail from them. I filed the dispute with my credit card company (capital one) who dismissed it because it was beyond 60 days from tome of promised service.
