    Worst company and quality and customer service is the worse ever I have done roses for a long time and tried them out and dont waste your money

    We're really sorry to hear that you're not happy with your purchase. We understand how disappointing this must be for you.As we mentioned earlier in our email, our roses are first-year own-root roses, which are typically ***** inches high. We don't sell two-year-old roses that arrive three feet tall with blooms and flowers, which is what you told our agent you purchased. We strive to communicate this clearly to our customers and we send everyone who purchases a video showing what expect when your roses arrive. It is also posted on our website.To ensure our roses retain moisture during transit, we defoliate them before shipping. Once you plant them, they should start growing new leaves within a few weeks, and you can look forward to seeing blooms this summer.If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our team at ************.     Ordered three varieties of roses this year and did not realize that they were not bare root - I had ordered bare root peonies from another company around the same time - so they were left sealed in a box for over a month after delivery while I waited for the alternating rain and incredibly hot weather to take a break. To my shock, horror, and ultimately sadness, I opened the box to live plants that had been deprived of sunlight and water. I didn't have much hope for them, but I popped them in the ground anyways because they had a few small, ***** white leaves that had grown while they were boxed and started looking at local nurseries for similar varieties as back-**** This is all my fault of course for not realizing I had ordered live plants and for not opening the box upon delivery.MY GOSH to say that I am floored would be an understatement. All three plants have bounded back to life and are thriving despite my initial neglect. Whatever the folks at Heirloom Roses are doing to produce such quality (indestructible, maybe?) plants is incredible and I could not be happier that I ordered from them. I cannot wait to see these blooms when the plants are ready!

    I wanted to let every gardener I know how much I appreciate doing business with Heirloom Roses. I recently tried another vendor, ******************* Farm and it has been an absolute nightmare. It only takes a quick moment on ************* Vendor Feedback page to understand customers who have had horrible experiences.My experience in online ordering roses, really points to Heirloom's quality, integrity, and wonderful customer service.     I purchased a ******************* from Heirloom Roses. I did not look great when I received and chatted with the company>Followed the experts advice - and it died Contact the company - they only will replace - but rose is out of stock.They will only credit $50.00 and I am out taxes and shipping a total of $58.30.They are out of stock of the rose that I wanted ......Much easier to buy local Never will do again

    My rose arrived today in great shape already has lots of baby leaves on it. It was packaged very well soil still moist. Now I just need the snow to melt so I can get it planted.

    I received 10 beautiful roses from you on October 18, 2023.Miss ************ is NOT doing so well. The 3 small canes have turned brown in different places on the 3 canes . . . one on each and on different areas. I'm afraid it will not live. What to do, please?The other 9 roses are thriving. They came with few leaves on them. Now they are fully green and popping out some small roses. My question to you is: Should I strip the leaves now. I have about 70 roses and I prune them back between Christmas and Valentines Day. I do not know if I should do so with these "9" new roses as they look great. For sure I will be doing all the others as the leaves are changing to yellow/brown and falling. I live in 9b area. Please tell me how/when/if I should prune back the new roses. This is the first time I ordered/received roses in the fall/winter. In past I always ordered them in the spring.Thanks for any guidance you may have for me.****************

    If i could give it 0 stars i would. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!! Ordered early December 2 collections for my wife as christmas gifts and did not receive it!!! Horrible customer service as well they stole my money and did not send it in time for her to have a christmas gift she was very upset and displeased as i ordered it basically a month early !! I have contacted them various times and they give me the blandest response like they do not care saying it was shipped!?!? How are you guys gonna resolve this? This is unacceptable do not spend 200$+ as they dont keep their word. Truly upset

    We are sorry to hear that you are upset and we understand that you are frustrated that your order was only partially delivered.   As explained to you via email, our offices and nursery were closed during the holiday break and that we would happily investigate after we re-opened after the the New Year.  It looks like the investigation with the carrier was kindly launched by one of our ************* representatives, despite that we were closed for the break  She will respond to the email string as soon as she hears back from the carrier.  We appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this for you.
