    We chose Voss because it was a family owned, local business. I too purchased 4 appliances form Voss back in March 2021. I paid for them in good faith expecting to have my new appliances delivered and installed per our purchase agreement. My experience was so convoluted that I just don't have the time to detail all of the mistakes that were made by this business. So here are the lowlights. The refrigerator was damaged, along with the stovetop. The microwave was installed incorrectly and resulted in the installers drilling thru the wall opposite of the microwave into the living room, and this company decided to substitute another dishwasher at their discretion without notifying us. After 5 microwave doors, 2 refrigerators, 6 freezer gaskets and a stove top we finally have useable appliances. We experienced multiple visits from the GE rep as we tried relentlessly to resolve these issues. The majority were scheduled by Voss unbeknownst to us. There was actually one time the GE rep showed up at our house when we were both at work and another when my wife was home sick. When we called GE to rectify these appointments they had no record of a service call because Voss scheduled these appointments. My wife and I exercised our patience as we worked continuously to get these issues resolved. I can't tell you how many times I reached out to Voss ( double digits) to discuss our issues and as I sit here today, I have yet to receive a call back from this "family owned business" owner. I'm getting tired just thinking about the absolutely horrendous experience that my wife and I had to endure. But I guess the only thing that matters to this business is that they got paid so that they can move on to the next unsuspecting customer. There are plenty of options available out there to buy appliances. Save yourself a potential terrible experience like this. Definitely take this business off of your list. This process took more than a year. One star is one too many!

    We purchased 4 different appliances from Voss TV and Appliances. We were promised the front panel on the dishwasher to be replaced to match the rest of the appliances purchased. We still have not had the panel replace as promised. It has been over a year! I had to purchase front panel and have it installed by someone who is handy enough to complete installation. I have sent multiply emails requesting panel replacement with no response. I supplied them with panel replacement invoice and requested additional $50.00 that was paid to have panel installed. No response. The replacement is stated on their invoice. We also purchased a refrigerator on 3/24/2021 that was supposed to be new. The refrigerator did not work when installed. When the repair technician came out he recommended replacement. **** at Voss TV and Appliances promised complete replacement of food loss including any other items until replacement refrigerator could be replaced. (Coffee, meals, etc.)They delayed reimbursement for several weeks. Stating GE was pushing back for reimbursement. I called GE directly on 5/5/2021and was informed the "NEW" refrigerator we purchased was originally installed on 7-1-2019 ( for another customer) and was no longer under warranty. I contacted Voss TV and Appliances and was told that was incorrect information from GE, and refrigerator was new. They did request receipts for food losses. I provided over $800.00 of receipts. This included some food that were already in the refrigerator and freezer. The following Sunday was Easter. So yes we did stock up for family dinner on Easter. They informed me they would only cover $400.00. I agreed to settle for $600.00 in an attempt to compromise, and resolve. Voss TV and Appliances did not attempt to negotiate and only sent check for $400.00. My wife and I have run out of options and ways to resolve our unfilled promises. Buyer beware!!!

    Bad place to do business.Bought a new refrigerator was told we would get an ice maker.6 months later still no ice maker No effort from **** to resolve the issue.They got the money so no worries from **** tv.Better off going to a box store

    Customer has a new Whirlpool refrigerator in their home. An icemaker did not come with the refrigerator. an icemaker was ordered, but Whirlpool has changed the model that was needed and now all icemakers are on a national back order.For your information, **** TV did not charge the customer for an icemaker. Only the refrigerator was paid for. We are trying to find an icemaker for this customer. As soon as Whirlpool has icemakers available, we will contact the customer.
