I opened and secure credit card and a savings account with American Heritage Credit Union in 02/07/2014. As usual these kind of privileges companies think they can do what they want without any consequences know letter or contact with the customer American Heritage was closing my savings account if that is so, where my funds at from my savings account. I closed my own credit card account due to the fact American Heritage credit Union stop allowing customers with secure credit card from renting cars, I never had a high balance of $898 dollars, the $250 that was on my credit card was mines and I closed my account, so why would American Heritage reporting my account as being on time on 12/09/2023 and then on 12/10/2023 as being 30 days late on 12/2017 5/2017. I would like American Heritage off my credit report since it was open in 02/07/2014 it been over 9 years, American Heritage was suppose to be off my credit card in 2021. I will not have know criminals in any of these offices abuse their authority to do what they want at any time. I fear my God not hate and bullies. Criminals corruption cowards and liars. I would like my $15 dollars that keeps my saving account open.Customer Answer

I’ve been trying to send more evidence, I couldn’t upload anymore documents. I also know this is the Government I’m filing a complaint against, due to this being a federal credit union. They’re not above the law nor God, I just sent this complaint yesterday 01/05/2024 so how did BBB reach out to American Heritage Credit Union that fast. I actually like BBB, know matter who it is they shouldn’t be out here discriminating stealing lying to the people that keep these businesses operating. I’ll never support this kind of companies neither will my family and friends! This happens to the poor people, so the mission is to turn the bad hateful rich people into poor people that’s the mission, I have the resources to do so. The Government runs the credit reporting as well as everything else that’s bad in this country It’s not about what I know it’s about what I can prove to the world. I’m tired and fed up with the controlling the racism the lies and the corruption conspiracies, while they hide under the rock destroying GOD people and his country, I pray everyday he come back and handle these devils, if the people didn’t have BBB the country will be loss, our stories want be told, thank you BBB from my family and friends.Initial Complaint

I have a car note from there. I had to have direct deposit to receive the loan. I have ** and the CU had to transfer ** to the loan each week. That's been happening for years, suddenly the rules have changed. If they cannot take the whole amount left to finish a month, they do nothing and then I run past due. They tell me I can transfer the funds myself online. So i am behind because they have not transferred two weeks of ** to said loan. So i tried to transfer myself and it would not let me. I called CU and they said it must be the full $321 before they can transfer it over not the $249 that is in the account. I said I tried to transfer the amount and they said I can't transfer the monies either unless it is the full amount. I am NOT walking away from my commitment, however, I SHOULD BE ABLE TO TRANSFER FUNDS AT ANY TIME. I have never encountered a bank or CU refusing to accept a payment on a credit card or loan. So, since they refused payment or my transfer attempt, my loan is even further behind until my pay goes in the account on 12/8/2023 and they transfer the next day.Initial Complaint

I accidentally missed a payment one month on my auto loan. When I realized my mistake the very next month, I made a double payment to be current. Less than 4 weeks later, I noticed a huge dip in my credit scores. They reported this the the credit agencies without ever emailing or calling me to report the missed payment. I refinanced my Vehicle through American Heritage Credit Union about 3 months ago. I provided all information asked of me including proof of insurance. After I signed the loan they kept asking for proof of coverage, which included AHCU being the lien holder. About a month ago they added about $8800 to my loan for not having insurance. I have sent them proof 4 times now and when I call I get the run around. Nobody will return calls or emails. Unfortunately now I'm forced to find legal representation to clear this matter up. On 3/27/2023, 6/29/2023, and 7/21/2023, my husband and I received mail from American Heritage Credit Union (AHCU) addressed to "***********************." On each of the aforementioned dates, I emailed AHCU to remove that name and address from AHCU's marketing company's advertising mailing list because no one by that name lives at our address, nor do we wish to receive advertising mail from AHCU.In spite of these 3 communications, **** did not comply with my request and today, 9/5/2023, we received more mail from them addressed to "***********************."Initial Complaint
