      I keep getting late payment charges and fees but they never send me a bill to my address on file .American heritage also won't let me pay online only way i know a payment is due is when my credit report informs me of the late payment

      I closed my account with American Heritage.They said they sent a check to me with what I had left in the account.$125.00 I have not received a check for MY money.

      I, ***************************, a consumer and natural person am aware of all rights that I have, and which are protected by The Congress under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The list of accounts below has violated my federally protected Consumer Rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC 1681. 1.  AMER HER FCU: Account number: **************** U.S.C 1681 section 602 A states I have the right to privacy 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604 A Section 2: It also states that a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish an account without my written instructions.

      I checked my credit report and noticed I had late payments from AMERICAN HERITAGE FCU . At the time, I was transitioning between jobs and going through an economic hardship. As you can see, I have made most of my payments on time so I am asking in goodwill faith for this one time to please remove these late payments from my account. I am trying to increase my score to qualify for a mortgage and I would greatly appreciate if you guys would forgive the late payments.

      American Heritage Federal Credit Union made a soft inquiry credit check and has sent me a statement for an account which has been opened without my authorization.

      This complaint is regarding the American Heritage Federal Credit Union -Scorecard Rewards Program. I ordered to gift cards from their rewards program over 8 weeks ago, which cost me 6200 points from credit card account, and 6200 points from debit card account for a total of 12,400 taken for the two orders. According to email sent, the cards were sent/shipped two months ago. I have called the customer service department a number of times informing them I have not received either card. They keep telling me to wait. Now, it's been two months, and there has been no resolution. I have not received the cards, my points have not been credited, nor has their been an attempt to resend cards. I would like either my points credited or cards resent. I should not lose 12,400 points for something I have not received. The department emailed me yesterday telling me to check my garage, porch, and neighbors. I responded to them informing them, I live in an apartment complex. There is no porch, there is no garage. There are over 25 apartments in the complex. I should not be penalized with 12,400 points if product is not received. They should credit me 12,400 points or reship the two cards. It should not be at the cost of the customer. *****************************

      They locked me out of my account for trying to make a $6 purchase after letting some thief steal almost $600 from my account and then hung up on me twice because I was ****** off and upset when I called to try to fix the situation. After having to go there personally the kid at the branch gave me a hard time and sent me away without even letting me know if he was filing the claim to get the money back, and I can't check because I'm still locked out of my account. Now I have to call and fight with them again about that tomorrow
