I purchased 100 personalized shot glasses for my wedding on January 20. My wedding is June 7 so I said I wouldn't need them until March 1st. Giving them plenty of time to complete and ship. Before charging my card they had approve a proof, which I did on january 22nd. On February 6 i got an email saying my order was complete. I had not received anything from this email. So on March 9 I emailed asking if they were complete. They responded by saying they were out of stock in the glasses I requested and were going to look into it and would refund me by the next week if they couldn't ship the glasses I wanted. I didnt hear or receive anything. So I emailed on the 24th of March and said I would like my refund. They said they would refund me which would take 4 to 10 days. I waited the 10 days and did not receive a refund. So I emailed again April 4 saying I had not received it. They replied that same day saying they didn't know what happened but would email within the next week.Business Response

On 1/22/25 I placed an order (#********) for 35 customized shot glasses for a birthday event. It was promised to be delivered by 2/14/25 from BestPriceFavors.com.1/27/25 my credit card was charged $53.05.1/28/25 UPS#1ZX78R670390315331 was created **** doesnt have possession of the package yet. Estimated delivery date will be available as soon as we get the package." The tracking number still displays this message as of 3/18/25 on **** site.On 2/12/25 I contacted them stating there has been no movement, and they said they would try to replace it and refund if necessary.On 2/19/25 I requested a refund and they confirmed it was issued later that day.On 2/27/25 I emailed them stating I had not received it and they said, "I am checking to find out what happened here and will get funds in your account in a few business days."On 3/4/25 I requested an update on the refund I did not receive.On 3/5/25 they said, "Funds have left our account, it will be in your account any day now."On 3/13/25 I emailed them again venting my frustrations. I have not heard from them nor have I received the refund.After finding several similar reviews online about this company it's amazing how this scam of a website is still up and running.Business Response

Placed an order for 155 custom towels through Best Price Favors with a promised delivery date of February 1st 2025. I still do not have my order and my emails are no longer being replied to. I was originally told my order got lost, there was a problem with their supplier, they would be delivered the following week, etc. but now I believe I am just being scammed. At this point, I just want a refund for my entire order. I wish I never ordered through them to begin with - total scam.Business Response

Order was placed on June 19th. The company has not responded to email messages. I would ideally like the product before my wedding date arrives, but if they are just going to string this along and looking at BBB reviews they have issues before I just want to try and get a refund. Placed an order with them in April for a delivery in July. Emailed on July 31 and was told the order should’ve been delivered but that they didn’t have the stock to send a rush order and they would just cancel the order and issue a refund. I still have not received my refund and they are ignoring all communication from me. I spent 261 dollars on wedding favors and they just scammed me.
