    I originally ordered 2 trees. I followed directions for planting and watering and they both died. This ordeal started in May, 2022. It is now November, 2022, and I have had them send me new trees several times because the things keep dying. The last trees I got, I planted in pots and kept them inside. They are now dead. Since these trees did not die within 30 days, I am out $200.00, and have NO living trees!!! This company stinks! They also refuse to refund my money! If they sold good quality trees, they wouldnt be afraid to refund my money.

    Fast Growing Trees issued me a refund of about $89. The transaction was handled by a gentleman called Bill.I ******************* about 4 weeks later (approx.) and asked him to send me a check because the tree I wanted to purchase is listed on their website for $229 but I found the same tree and same size somewhere else for $99.**** verified the price at the other company and was very surprised and checked with his supervisor who told him they can not give my money back.This is almost illegal.Plus I have been their customer for 4 years.What kind of policy is that It looks like they value money much more that a good customer relationship **** is the name of the Supervisor **** you just lost a good customer for your company Shame ****************
