      I ordered a couple of tees from their website like 10 months ago and I never got my order, I've contacted them multiple times and every time they say they will help me and get me list of the current tee's they have because they are on backed up on orders and stuff and when I reply I still don't get any confirmation of anything I've asked for a refund and they said they only offer store credit, I don't want the sore credit I just want my money back at this point, those tees were a present for a friend

      I placed an order from Southern Grit Boutique on 4/20/23 in the amount of $149.75. I received an email stating that I would be notified when my order shipped. After 30 days with no notifications, I sent an email with no response. Since then, I have sent multiple emails to both emails listed, sent private messages on ********, ********* and ******, again, getting no response on any platforms. This is stealing! I want her to make this right and be held accountable!

      I purchased a one-piece body suit along with a graphic tee from Southern Grit on March 16, 2023 at 5:17 pm. Immediately after the purchase I received my confirmation email and text saying my order was placed, and was provided a link to track my order. After two weeks, I went to check on the status of it, and it was saying the package had not been seen in over a week and they were unable to give me an update on it. I reached out to the company and heard nothing. I have sent multiple messages on *********, and ****** along with multiple emails and still have received nothing. After I noticed that my messages on social media had been viewed and ignored, I began commenting on their content, only to find out that those messages have since been deleted. I have reached out to other customers after I was hearing noting back from them, and have heard that they are having similar issues with this same company. I am really disappointed. I paid $32.17 for these two items and would either like my items or a refund. The tracking number is ************* and the order number that was given to me on my receipt was Order *******. I have been a customer who has been signed up for all their alerts, emails, and promotions for a while now, and felt safe ordering from them, only now to realize that was a huge mistake. Please help me, because I have no idea what more I can do. I attached the order confirmation screen along with the receipt and the items that were bought. Thanks.

      I ordered a pair of overalls on 9 September. They were pre-order to be delivered before Christmas. The preorder date kept moving back, then they are no longer on the website! These were a gift for my daughter for Christmas. They were never received. I have reached out to the company at least five separate occasions, and was told they can’t do refunds I asked them to refund my money because the overalls are going to do me no good now. The amount of the transaction was $68.13. I have my original order and all the emails that I have tried to reach out on numerous platforms to them. I want my money back! Now the website is down!

      I pre ordered some overalls from southern grit on September 27, 2022. I was told that they would be shipped 9/30 or September 30. I paid $56.78 for them because of a discount code. I have reached out multiple times and heard back once where she told me they were on back order and would e shipped out soon. Then I tried reaching out multiple times and I stopped hearing from them. I want a refund because it’s been 8 months of trying to get ahold of them and hearing nothing. I also have no access to their website to get contact information or check my order or anything. My order number is *******. There is no tracking number because the order hasn’t been shipped, it only says order placed.

      I ordered from this boutique back on January 10, 2023 and then on March 11, 2023 and haven’t received either orders. She has only responded to me once and said she was over sold in the system. I haven’t received my money back yet.

      I placed Order #***** on 8/28/22, Order #***** on 9/27/22, Order #***** on 10/20/22, and Order #******* on 2/3/23. I have yet to receive any of these items. The orders from last year, I did receive emails stating they were either presale or out of stock and waiting for more to come in. On multiple occasions I've seen the items I've ordered back in stock on the website but I still never received them. I have sent approximately 5 emails since March 2023 and have yet to receive a response. I just want my money back and NOT store credit because that's why I decided to place an order this year...which I have yet to receive.

      I purchased a t shirt (detailed shirt for a concert ) on Dec 27, 2023 for $37. I was told initially that it would take from 21-45 days for arrival which was in plenty of time for me to receive for my event. I emailed them approximately 25 days into ordering and did receive a reply saying the same thing that it would take up to 45 days. I waited until the 46th day and emailed again with no response. I waited another couple of days and emailed once again. I never received a response or my package. I finally found your site and saw multiple reviews and left one about mine. The company responded and said that they refunded my money but I know they did not because the account that was used in ordering was closed soon after I had ordered. I have emailed a couple more times but never received any response. I would just like my money back since I had to end up purchasing another for my event. Thanks

      I have made 2 orders from Souther Grit Boutique and have never received anything from them. I made one order on 9/22/23 for $63 and one order on 1/27/23 for $126. I have sent multiple emails and messages via their website with very little replies. The last email reply I received was on 3/18/23 and have not received anything since then.

      I placed an order (*******) on 1/29/23. I rec’d 2 of the 6 items I ordered in February. I reached out in March to ask about the order via email and they said they were working on it. I reached out again multiple times in April and May via email and instagram. I have not received another response. I asked for a refund for the remainder of my order because this is ridiculous that it’s 5 months later and I still have not received my order nor any further communication.
