      FedEx 6ou need to update your system or get your things straight. How is it possible that you are seeing an address on a package and delivering it to a different address. Im not the only one on my street that that happens to. I was told by several of my neighbors that for some reason they are delivering it to an address that is 15 minutes away. I even spoke to one of your drivers and he confirmed to me that it is very common that the other driver has to retrieve the package so it can get put on his route and get delivered correctly. This is our hard earned money yall are messing around with. I tried calling customer service and had NO luck to get someone on the phone. My package currently is saying that it had the wrong address when i already called the sender and it had the correct address. I am 99% sure it has to do with all of this. Get this straight

      Worst experience FedEx has completely failed at even the most basic level of customer service. My package was originally scheduled for delivery MondayWednesday, yet the driver randomly showed up at 12:30 on a Friday with zero notice and demanded a signature. Some of us work, so of course no one was home. The driver left a delivery notice that wasnt even filled out. This level of incompetence is astounding. I called customer service and was promised the package would be delivered Saturday by 3:30 p.m. We canceled plans, missed my brothers college homecoming football game, and missed an important dinner just to be available for FedExs empty promise. After all that, the delivery never happened. Meanwhile, my neighbors received their FedEx packages this morning, proving that the driver was in the area and simply chose to ignore us. Calling customer service again was infuriating. No answers, accountability, or explanation. Just wait. Thats laziness, apathy, and blatant disrespect. You made us rearrange our lives, waste an entire day, and miss important events, for what? Because FedEx couldnt follow through on something as simple as delivering a package you promised to deliver? FedEx, your companys behavior is embarrassing. You treat customers time like its worthless. You mislead people with tracking and delivery promises that mean absolutely nothing. You fail to communicate properly, fail to deliver reliably, and fail to care about the people who make your business possible. To the executives and leadership: this is not just a minor inconvenience. This is reputation destroying negligence. You are failing in your most basic duty and people notice. I will avoid your services entirely, and I will make sure everyone I know knows exactly how you operate. Unprofessional, careless, and indifferent to the people who depend on you.FedEx, you need to seriously rethink how you treat customers because right now, your service is a disgrace, and your promises are worthless.

      Had a return at the.************** location.The agents ******** not seem to like their job.We are new to the area and had a return. At *** return we treated with upmost respect.FEX Office here were rude and not a warm feeling!! Hope to have no dealings again with this office.

      I really don't understand what the issue is with this one FedEx location in ********, **. Their drivers do not do their job or listen to any instructions. I've had to call customer support every day because the driver decides not to follow the instructions. I've attempted to make it easier for the driver to let them deliver the package to the apartment office, so that they don't have to drive to the back of the apartment complex and walk up 3 flights of stairs. The package needs an indirect signature, so according to FedEx it can be the apartment office. Every time I've called customer support, they always say we will escalate the situation and call the location, but unfortunately, this specific branch is absolute trash. I shouldn't need to call customer support 4 days in a row to try and get a package delivered. Unfortunately, this is the 2nd time this specific situation has occurred with this FedEx location. What makes it more frustrating is when I went to go check the tracking after they said they attempted to deliver it; they posted the original picture from the first delivery attempt. I only know because I taped a piece of paper to the door explaining to take it to the apartment office, so I know they did not even attempt to try and deliver the package.

      On 9/25 I was supposed to have a package delivered, I wasn't able to answer the door so they left a paper saying they would try again and i could sign it in case I wasn't able to be there when they showed again. I signed the paper and stuck it back on the door. On 9/26 they show up and i wasn't able to answer but the signed paper was still there. I have video proof of him taking it. Instead of going to get my packages he stuck another note. They obviously don't have their delivery drivers trained well enough to follow through with those options. I tried calling customer service and they did nothing but argue with me, interupt me and tell me that my signature on that piece of paper they offer isn't valid. I've reported to ****** and the company that my packages have been stolen by FedEx. If i don't hear back from the company I will be looking into filing a police report.

      My package was supposed to be delivered six days ago. The tracking number says its been at the FedEx facility in *********** since 9/19/25. I have opened a support ticket. I received an email requesting more information. I responded immediately to the email. Today, I received an email that stated that I had not responded to their request email so they were closing the ticket. I have spoken to three different customer service representatives who were nice but they were not able to provide any help regarding my issue. I asked them for a working email address for customer service since they had claimed that I did not respond. No one has provided to multiple requests. FedEx seriously needs to provide more contact options other than a non working email address and outsourced customer service representatives who do not have the ability to provide assistance. Or they just need to close their business.

      I have been very patient over the past few years, but now it is time to write a review. I have yet to receive 1 package on time from FedEX. They give us a tracking number and a time frame, I reorganize my day to be here to sign... and what happens each time?? It changes last minute and expands the day another 6 hours. I have taken off of work, rearrange my schedules, days, time frames, and for what?? Nothing. I end up losing money from work missed, and time that could have been spent doing more important things. This use to be a good company, but now has become a joke. My wife and I have now agreed that we will no longer use the services of this company. Will will also not order from anyone who only has FedEx as their only option. Done wasting my time, and money on companies who do not respect MY time and money. Revenue flows both ways, and now you have lost mine.

      Worst delivery service ever! They don't bring my packages to my home but will leave them on someone's riding lawnmower that I don't know.

      They shipped a vintage speaker for me (from ******** to *******) and destroyed it. I could tell by damaged box that they had dropped it. The cabinet was severely damaged, cost me over $1,000 to repair and will never be the same. I will never use their service again!

      They don't know there a** from a hole in the ground.I have ordered a pressure washer and twice it went to the wrong address and then I had lawnmower that went to the wrong address,when I call them they tell me to contact the shpper .Because of there total stupidity I have no pressure washer or lawnmower and it's really s******* me up on my job timeline.Really wish I knew how how dumb and totally clueless they were before I ordered this stuff,it would have made my life so much we easier
