      I left my package at ********* to be picked up, my drs office paid for express overnight shipping and it is still sitting at the ********* waiting to be picked up 6 days later with no eta on when a driver will pickup there again. The communication has been a joke this entire time with one employee actually lying to me saying it was picked up. If someone pays for overnight express shipping it should be treated as urgent. Now my blood sample that is in that package is probably expired and Ill have to go through the process again.

      The driver left my package at someone else house. ***** in the corporate argued that it was at my address. It was left susposely at a house with wooden porch and floor. Mistake there cause I have a concrete porch my house and apartment number is on the brick wall at my door pluse I have a video cam on my door. No FedEx truck or driver was at my house I even posted and sent ***** pics of my porch and he still wants to argue about driver left it. They are so stupid. Drivers drop stuff off at wrong places cause they want to hurry and get rid of it. Im tired of the inconsiderate message from ***** as well. One time they tell me it will be picked back up and delivered on Tuesday and then he later another message to tell me deal with it not being there cause ***** closed the theft report. It was settled and its not. ***** is a big lier as well. They are all thieves. I still have the emails and pics that Im turning it over to my attorney. And its going to cost them more than my package was for the inconvenience and trouble. Its sad when their office people lie to you as well. Neither ***** nor the driver needs their jobs. Im still very upset. I will hesitate having them ever deliver anything to me again. They dont deserve the business.

      Fed ex driver came flying down my ********************** that has about eight houses on it. I approached the driver to ask him to please not gone down so fast who spoke English until I voiced my concern as I have two small grandchildren that live on the street. He then acted little he couldnt understand English. I filed a complaint with Fed Ex and was assured a supervisor would call me. I gave them every detail including truck number, date, time and picture of truck and driver in it. No response two weeks later. Why do companies not respond until they are sued for someone being injured or killed? I couldnt rate review without giving at least one star or it would have been zero for driver and customer service

      FedEx delivered a package to my address today. The problem is that it came from a company that I have never ordered anything from, and the name on the delivery label is not mine. I have attempted to reach out to FedEx about this, only to be stymied by their automated phone service. Someone at some level messed up, and I do not want to have to deal with it.

      Im in **********. I sent my daughter a phone and a computer for her school. They said they were gonna deliver it on Friday however, when tracking is stated that the recipient cannot be found I called them seven times over two days and they promised to deliver but they didnt today is Saturday and is still not delivered and I keep getting the same messages even though the Customer service gave me another special code and they said that were gonna contact the delivery service to deliver because its a high importance meanwhile, the first three times that I called keep telling me that they want to verify that thats not an apartment which is not as the house and they also asked me what color was the house and they wanted directions there I told them I live in **********. They can get it through GPS and they still have the same message and they have me waiting for two days. My daughters been at home for two days because she has to enroll in school with a computer and we paid a lot of money to get it expedited and they did not deliver and different people keep asking me the same information over again And they keep messing up my number with my daughters number and still no product. Im not sure if the is lost or whatever but they need retraining or something because I sent products to her through another source and she never had issues and she waited for two days for this product that never came And this is not a good thing when youre a college university student and you need your products to get going to start school tomorrow on Monday and theres no computer and theres no phone for her and its hard for me to reach her. Im very disappointed.

      FedEx is terrible. Estimated delivery as Saturday, but them moved to Sunday. The package was on a truck out for delivery on Sunday, but never arrived. The driver updated status to attempted deliver but business was closed. Also said signature required. We were home but driver never showed up. Also, package does not require signature. My guess is driver wanted to cut out early. Called customer support and had to jump through hoops to get ahold of someone. Could not understand support person and he was obviously just reading a script. I want to connect to a human when contacting support. Do better.

      My order said it was suppose to arrive 2 days late and I accepted that then they day comes and just says will be there by end of day but needs signed for. I had family wait all day for nothing. Try to talk to someone hahahahaha you will never get past their ai. Will never use fedex again, by far worst shipping company. They dont care to honor their delivery dates and not to honor the customer in any way. They deserve to be out of buisness,

      They are so unreliable. I ordered a package and it took twice as long as it shouldve. This is absolutely unacceptable and I expect more from a company of this size. it is sad to see that if you order anything online that doesnt use *** it is late I would never recommend FedEx to anybody. Words cannot describe how frustrated I am with them. I had a very peace very important piece of mail coming in and they were late. It is so disappointed to see.

      After having a hard time getting my credit approve, they clearly delivered to wrong address ! I had at confirmation by email after 9 pm that my package was delivered at 11 am and the picture they sent me doesn't look anything like my front entrance! Now I had to submit a refund request , applied to a different credit organization and spend far more money for the same product thru Amazon , because of Fed EX incompetent drivers deliver to a wrong address.. Its completely unacceptable, and from now on i can only use Amazon related services.
