Terrible customer service.Terrible at communicating when delivery will be there or late. Which is a huge conflict when I have to stay home while I'm supposed to be working because I have to deliver a direct signature to receive me my package. Was supposed to arrive in the morning. And was never received that day.ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BUSINESS!!! HAVE NO CLUE HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS. CLOWNS!

My saga w/FedEx is far too long to detail it here. Just be assured that I will NEVER use FedEx again and I'll do my best to spread the word about them. Suffice it to say that what they purport to be "service" is actually egregious and abysmal business practices. This review does not pertain to the 7 or so Customer Service Reps with whom I spoke over the 25 days it took for my parcel to be delivered. Instead, it's a profound criticism of the CULTURE of INDIFFERENCE that comes from the top. Shame on the **** ***** of ********* and management staff for condoning on-going practices that fleece customers for so-called "service" yet fail to deliver on that promise! I would hope that someone might contact me to ask for more details about my story but I'm confident that this complaint and my review will just be tossed in their giant trash bin. I only wish that I had checked your dismal ratings BEFORE I paid with my time and elevated stress levels for the non-service that was provided. - - Hugely disappointed in *******, ******

It makes absolutely zero sense for a package to travel from ************, IN to *********, IL then back to ******, IN. The delivery dates are a joke. It says one day, then changes it the day of delivery to a later date. This company is unreliable.

I purchased an item off of ***** The carrier was FedEx. They delivered it to the wrong address, provided proof, and said they cannot do anything after I called them after their 1 week deadline. No one offered to help me. This isn't the first time FedEx delivers items to the wrong address. I'm very upset because I cannot get a refund off FedEx nor ****

I requested to have a packaged placed on hold at my local FedEx office at ******************************************************************* FedEx said they only hold packages at this location for 5 days. While it was on hold, I called to ask if I could have the hold time extended by 2 days, until Saturday. The customer representative, ****** told me that it wasn't necessary because the 5-day hold period doesn't include weekends, they consider business days only. ****** said it would still be there on Saturday. I asked 3 times, and I said "are you sure?" ****** said "yes, don't worry, it will be there on Saturday." When I went there on Saturday the gentleman at the ************************************* told me that he no longer had possession of if, it was returned to the shipper. He let me call the FedEx Problem Resolution Team from a service phone at his facility. ***** took the call, I explained the situation. She told me that their policy is to send return it after 5 days. I explained that ****** assured me it would still be there. ***** was not interested in hearing what her customer representative said, she just repeated the policy. I asked where the package was at that moment. It was at the ********* facility 10 minutes away. I asked if I could pick it up there. No, that was not an option. ***** said their policy allows only one rescheduling per delivery. ******, the customer service representative gave me false information and ***** from the Problem Resolution Team had no interest in resolving the problem.

Fedex is absolutely terrible. I moved from a previous address a year ago. They have been delivering all my packages to the old address since! I've called multiple times to figure out why this is happening.A yr later someone says there is a note to disregard any of my current address deliveries and delivery instructions and take it to my previous address!. No one knows how it got there and why they didn't see it.My gazebo was delivered to the old house and they're taking days to retrieve it and bring to my home. The residents there are complaining and leaving My packages in the rain. Fedex is terrible.

FedEx consistently has been marking packages as undeliverable, no one home, despite me being home. Today in fact, they delivered one part of a two part package and marked the second part as undeliverable because the business was closed or no one was home. I'm thinking the more likely scenario is the driver overlooked the package and didn't want to come back. Hopefully my package actually shows up.

Always the same story with Fedex, my package was suppose to arrive on Wednesday and now Friday, still not out for delivery. I live in a city, *************, how is that possible? Fedex never deliver my package on time or as estimated.

Absolutely horrible. Drove through my neighborhood seven times today and did not deliver my overnighted package. I can't even put gas in my car because my debit card is missing and was supposed to be delivered last night. Today the agent stated she would not be in contact with the driver nor her supervisor because she decides which calls go up the chain.

My cell phone was never delivered. I was home . The picture the fedex guy sent was not my front porch ??? The fedex employee stole my phone . FedEx ought to do back ground checks in the thieves if employees? Shame on them. This has cost me a lot of time and money. Shame shame shame. Will never use FEDEX AGAIN!!!! Very angry
