El pedido en cuestión fue enviado por medio de FedEx, y he recibido una fotografía por parte de ellos que muestra la caja dejada en la puerta de mi departamento. Sin embargo, en mi edificio contamos con lockers de seguridad para las entregas, lo que asegura que los paquetes no queden expuestos al riesgo de robo o pérdida. Según el protocolo habitual de entrega, debería haber recibido una notificación para recoger mi paquete en los casilleros, o debería haber requerido mi firma para garantizar la entrega. Lamentablemente, nada de esto sucedió, y al salir a buscar el paquete, no había nada en la puerta. Me he comunicado tanto con FedEx como con shein para resolver este problema, y me han indicado que debo seguir los procedimientos correspondientes con la otra parte. Entiendo que, como vendedor, la responsabilidad por la entrega del pedido y la satisfacción del cliente recae en Shein, ya que fue su empresa quien eligió el servicio de transporte para este envío.Review from Kara M

Fed Ex delivered my package to the wrong home in my town home community, posted a blurry, good for nothing picture with no information about where they left my package, the package contains over $100 in value, and i was very reliant on my package being delivered today. Now i cannot find my very important package, and i feel like nothing is being done to help me locate it. Fed Ex drivers are so unbelievably NEGLIGENT in my community. It seems like they just drop the package wherever instead of taking the time to read the shipping label and deliver it to the proper house number. Now i am out $100 with no clues as to where my package is. Very disappointed.Review from Connie H

I always have issues with FedEx delivery. It is always the same story. Out for delivery. Then returned to center. Then out for delivery the next day. Then a delivery exception occurs. It usually is returned to sender because they can't find my address. ***, ************* can find me. Don't FedEx drivers have gps?Review from TJ F

I ordered from ******* not only were two packages damaged. They had special instructions from ******* to bring up to my unit which they did not..Not only where the box is damaged, but when the girl took it off the truck, she rolled it. 4 times they delievered my package to 1500 instead of 1501 and i have to search for it...are they lazy or dont know how to read and better yet you file a complaint you dont hear back ....its like crickets for days and than it happens again and again and again and they dont give a ****iReview from Raimey L

Refusing to deliver to my township because drivers must be back at the facility at 6pm so my township will never have another package delivered until they decide to hire someone or extend their hours. At least *** finishes their route
