      Package out for delivery for 3rd day in a row and now the driver says they can't find my address. First time in 18 years I've had this issue. You can't speak to an actual person when you call and the website won't even allow me to file a claim.

      I ordered a rather expensive car part just shy of a grand waited all week for it was supposed to be delivered that Friday never came Monday came & it finally showed up box had obviously been opened/damaged got it inside & opened it up to find a ceiling fan motor had been used to replace my part

      Absolutely the worst company I have ever had to do business with. They never deliver on time and they treat their customers poorly. You have to jump through hoops to talk to anyone.

      FedEx needs to stop updating its package tracking with wrong information. My package has been saying its going to be delivered for 3 days now. This is bad business.

      I returned an Item and the Fedex website gave me a rate of $155.00. I shipped it at the same dimensions and weight that the seller shipped it as. I purchased the label on Sept 1st and it shipped on Sept 2nd. The item was returned on the Sept 4th and on Sept 8th I received that there was a rate change on the shipping. My shipping label payment was not processed when I paid for it on the 1st of September. It was processed on the sep 7th and was notified of the rate change on the 8th. The shipping rate went from $155.00 to $634.00. I called Fedex and they assured me that the charges were right. They also said there wasn't a transaction on the 1st of Sept and they could not send me an invoice for the transaction. I have emails confirming the original rate of $155.00 but they tell me there was not not confirmed on that day when I purchased the label so there is no transaction for that day. Why would anyone want to ship something when a company can change the rate of shipping that much without verifying with the shipper before they purchase a shipping label.

      Outside of the customer service experience I had, I have a poor opinion of fedex. My first package was delivered damaged. The replacement was attempted to be delivered outside of the estimated delivery window, and was not available for pickup that day despite me being available during the estimated window. I just want my package and tomorrow I work a full shift so I will not be available until the following day. This is extremely frustrating. Better estimate windows would remedy this.

      If I could leave zero stars, I would. FedEx, the tried and true, ride or die delivery *** Is crumbling. Just spoke to a customer service *** about 5 pkgs, that were been delayed multiple times. The *** told us the reason was unreadable labels. FIVE PACKAGES- from Dicks Sporting Goods and Blick Art ******** all had faulty labels? This seems quite unrealistic, and a cover up for a very poor, failing logistics system. Lying will lose customers.I have started to request **** or **** Even switching away from vendors that use ************************* very disappointed.

      The worst customer service, and automated service i have ever dealt with. I have to send monthly water samples to the state of ********. The state prepay for overnight shipping labels and asks us to send the sample. In 14 tries, 3 have made it to their destination on time, 4 have never been picked up and the rest were over a week late. The " call center" representatives I've spoken with you cant understand at all and usually tell me what im asking cant be done until I tell them they are lying and they eventually do their job. Our association and many others are in talk with the state to switch to **** That cant come soon enough. They are charging for overnight service and just stealing the money, not doing their job.

      **** sent a notification 9/13/25 said I should receive my package between 10am - 2pm. 1pm I received a notification saying my package will be delivered by end of day. I never receive my package. 9/14/25 at 6am I received a notification that I should receive my package at the end of the day. I will never send a package through fedx again full of games, It 3 pm the next day Im still waiting on my package, Next I will send my package through *** or ****** much better choice in the future. Fedx got a one star I wish I can put a no star.

      Subject: Ongoing FedEx Misdeliveries Immediate Action Required Dear FedEx Customer Service,Im writing to express my extreme frustration with your repeated failure to correctly deliver packages to my home address. The most recent incident, is just the latest example of an ongoing and frankly inexcusable pattern of misdelivery.Despite living at a clearly marked address, your drivers consistently deliver my packages to the wrong side of town. Ive confirmed that your internal GPS system is somehow misrouting deliveries a problem that has clearly not been addressed, despite it happening multiple times over recent ********* not sure what else I can do on my end to ensure proper delivery. Ive double-checked my shipping information (it is correct), spoken to neighbors, and even waited outside on occasion to intercept drivers when I suspect a delivery is due yet the problem persists. Not only is this a massive inconvenience, but its also a security issue. Im frankly tired of having to track down my own packages because your drivers cant find my address.I am demanding:1.A formal investigation into this repeated misdelivery problem.2.A correction to your GPS/address database.3.A commitment that future deliveries will be routed and delivered properly.If this issue continues unresolved, I will be forced to take further action through formal complaint channels and public reviews.Sincerely,*********** *******
