      How in the absolute h*** on Earth does the crappiest rated shipping company known to man have an A+ rating. **** this company down. Enough is enough.

      despite numerous calls and two different case/escalation numbers (which were closed by someone and therefore useless), the ************* facility in ****** will not deliver my package. They are keeping it there or they've lost it. *** x is not a reputable company. If you contact them, you're wasting your time because they do nothing.

      I absolutely DESPISE FedEx. My package should have been delivered five days ago. Five times it was marked as unable to be delivered when they didnt even try. No phone call, no knock, no attempt At all. I was then told that they will hold it at a package location, given the hours of 8am to 8pm to pick it up. Drive 45 minutes to get there just to be told I cannot pick it up and have to come back after 5pm. I have absolutely had it with this service. It is absolutely terrible. I will never order anything through any company if they use FedEx ever again.

      FedEx delivered an order my husband was waiting on to the wrong address. The photo showing delivery was not of our house. We contacted FedEx, explained the situation and was told they wanted us to wait 24 hours. We tried locating the package in our immediate area to no avail, and with no assistance from FedEx. We followed up with FedEx since we still no had information about the location of our package and got a message that the complaint ticket was closed. No assistance trying to locate our package and told to contact the shipper. The shipper did their part; FedEx didn't do theirs!This isn't the first time FedEx has proven to be incompetent, and unprofessional. Please, when placing orders try to do whatever you can to not rely on FedEx.

      Fedex told me my delivery would arrive on 09/10 2025. I took a day off of work to receive said delivery as it needed a signature (not by my choice.) Fedex decided to email me 30 minutes before my off day started to say that it could not be delivered that day. 8 hours of PTO wasted. Fedex told me that it would deliver it the next day. I tried to sign up for their delivery management system to route to a Fedex office for pickup after work, but the site was down leading to the delivery being attempted while I was at work. Fedex said they would try to deliver the next day, sometime before 08:00 pm. As this is an important delivery, I took another day off of work to receive the delivery. It is currently 07:51 pm. I doubt the delivery will happen. I watched a Fedex truck pull into my neighborhood and completely skip my house. I have watched my front door from 07:00 am until right now, 07:53 pm. What an absolute clown show and waste of time. *** at least has a way to track where the delivery truck is. What is up with stating that my item is in the delivery truck at 02:57 am without any updates for 16 hours? What a joke of a company. I will never, ever, ever use them again, and will actively advise from anyone from using this service.

      This company's is disgusting. I ordered a package on ****** on August 25th. This package was supposed to be delivered on the 8th of September. I got a notification saying my package was going to be delayed. (same typical c*** they always pull.) New estimate was supposed to arrive today on the 12th. Did I get it? ****! I called them up and argued with the gatekeeper robot to get me to a live agent and after 10 minutes of bickering with this Robot, I got a hold of a representative who said my package was being taken back and they have no information on where nor whom it belongs to. So Heres a fun fact FEDEX, I'm very Very fedup with your lies. I got a receipt, an invoice AND a packing slip on who and where they were going to deliver it to and it was Very clear my information was on there. Instead of lying, why not just take some accountability for your mishaps and do better? Seems like the only logical reasonable thing to do instead of recieving a bunch of disgruntled customers fussing at you for being corrupt!

      Fedex is never on time with deliveries, damages packages, and is a nightmare to contact customer service to get information. I cringe when an online shipper sends a package through Fedex because I know the estimated delivery date is worthless and the security of my package is a mystery. They will deliver the package on day 4 of being out for delivery or they'll claim that they attempted delivery when the truck never went near my address. *** and **** manage to get packages delivered to my address on time and without damage consistently, yet Fedex can't seem to figure out the bare minimum of the service they offer.

      My packages have been out for delivery 3 consecutive days but have not been delivered due so some operational issue. This is the 4th day and it is still showing as out for delivery at 7:30pm WTF???

      I get monthly packages that are supposed to require a signature and for the past couple months they have just left the packages but today they decided they wanted one and no one was home. I have called and tried to use their website to schedule a pick up etc. and both were absolutely useless, the person who took my call could barely speak english and just sent me a link to the useless app/website I had already tried using. Fed ex is absolute garbage.

      Delivered my package to wrong location. Email gives a link to "Report Missing Package"Link takes you to a page with no way to ***ort missing ************* bot asks a bunch of questions. After 5 rounds, all it does is give you the generic phone #. Why the h*** don't they just give the # in the first place.Calling the number just asks for info and tells you it's already delivered. After calling 3 times and asking for a ***resentative 7 times, you finally connect with some *** who barely speaks english.Rep then tells you there's nothing they can do and contact the seller. WhyTF direct your customers to "Report Missing Packages" then?I have 0 problems with ********** ******, Temu, etc... with THOUSANDS of orders but consistently have problems with FedEx. Worst run shipper by far as their score shows.
