      This company is the absolute worst, I will never use them again. I have the worst experience with FedEx. My package was in their office 10 minutes away from my address, they rescheduled the delivery twice, I got it 2 days later. Absolutely worthless company.

      FedEx constantly leaves packages at my garage - no matter how big or how small. Help me understand why a driver leaves a package that requires a dolly at my garage instead of my front door. How in the heck am I supposed to get it up to the front door. If he couldn't life it, How the heck am I supposed to lift it. Pitiful. I won't ever use FedEx again. The only reason I'm leaving one star is that the system doesn't let me continue without a start. Otherwise, I would leave NO Stars.

      I have opened a case on FEDEX to see where my package is, it been 5 days and hasnt not moved. So they left me a voicemail stating that they cant find and that the shipper has to file a claim. This is worst shipping company Ive ever encountered. They used to be good now Im out of $108.69 because of their s**** up.

      Whatever happened to the notion that the customer is always right? It seems to me that in our AI world, technology is always right. Here's why I say this: A package I shipped via FedEx to *********** for an event I was doing never made it. I have a three-page document chronicling all my attempts over the past month to find the package and to refute the charges. Despite my countless phone calls to customer service and the FedEx claims department, they maintain the package was delivered because the *** indicates delivery. Further, someone signed for the package even though no one by that name works at the hotel to which the package was shipped and no one on the staff of the hotel received the package. There is no consideration for me as the customer. In the email declining my request to drop the charges, they end it by writing, "We regret any inconvenience this issue has caused, and hope to be given the opportunity to better serve your future shipping needs."Yeah, right. BTW, they don't deserve any stars.

      FedEx is c*** they let there drivers steal packages. They don't do a good at the claims. They lie to keep you quiet then tell you its to late. The drivers get away with this and they do nothing.I even tried to file a complaint and theft on the driver and of course they give you no information about it. I know drivers that drive for them and if they leave a package they take a picture. Even though we were home all day the day they said it was delivered. This is a crappie business. Also just because they are short on drivers and hire just anyone. You should care more about the package that was not delivered to the address. I tried to get information so I can get a lawyer and of course they won't give up that information. Well I'm not letting this go. It is the principal now. Acting like I got the package and are calling me a liar. They do not care about the customer one bit. *** is the way to go.

      Waiting on a package I have to be home to sign for, called FedEx and asked if I could just give permission to leave it without signing they said no..so the package said it would be here yesterday so I took the day off work make sure I was here, checked the tracking and it's still not even close to keep yet of course, it took them 4 days to move the package across 2 states...had to take another day off work just to be here to sign for this important package and guess what, package hasn't even moved since yesterday. So again I'm losing money because fedex are absolute liars! It would be fine if this happened once in awhile but this literally happens every single time with fedex, they are a disgrace and without a doubt the worse delivery company on the planet. They should have to pay for time people have to take off work to be there, I bet you they would be accurate at that point, who knows when the package come might as well ask a magic 8 ball every morning if it's coming today because that would be more accurate than fedex!

      I received information that my package would be delivered on 10/4 before 8pm. I made myself available (waiting on the delivery all day) so that I can be there for the packaged. The driver, had the audacity to say that no one was home, and that they will come back another day to deliver or that I could pick up my own package, when I was home the entire morning!! The driver did not even ring my doorbell. He did not even creep up to my main front door, because if he had, my dog would have sound off.. Not everyone has the luxury to be able to move schedules and their family's life around to go pick up a package that they paid for to be shipped to their house! I called customer service and they said they will contact the driver to tell him to turn around and deliver the package by 4pm. It's now 3:50. I contacted customer service, again, and they said the driver said he cannot come back out this way. WTF. FedEx could NOT even do their customer a curtesy call or email to say, "unfortunately, the package cannot be delivered today. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please do not wait up today". This company is the worst carrier service ever! They have all the ******** tracking software, just for show. They hire the most shittiest and not honest drivers/deliverers.

      Worst company ever. Was told Monday 10/3/2022 package was out for delivery. Package never came. Trenton ********************** was gonna call me never did. Here we are 10/4/2022 and package is not being delivered today. Still waiting for that phone call back. Called agine now saying delivery will be 10/5/2022. Needless to say this item was ordered over a week ago and was picked up by FedEx same day it was ordered. ****** took over a week to go 3 states away. This is complete ******** and unprofessional. Who ever is in charge of shipping companies need to s*** them down before selling companies loss buisness for products not being delivered and so forth. I will be makeing sure any packages from now on is not coming FedEx. Have no clue how the BBB doesnt do anything about this.

      The worst when it comes to following delivery instructions and customer service! Many many times I've sent them emails and complaints about delivery sent to the wrong location. I have an account & in it specified delivery instructions. At times, I have light sensitive deliveries. They leave my items in the wrong location. The correct location would have kept it out of the sun. I requested a payment for damaged goods. They denied me and said the sender had to submit the claim what BS is that?!They've yet to still correct it and yet to be able to read instructions of "garage" how hard is that!?

      If I could give them zero stars I would. I hope more companies take a look at these reviews and stop working with them. Even after signing up for delivery notifications for email and text message, I was never notified when the delivery was out. The truck driver called (8/4) when we were out of the office letting us know that he was at the shop. We told him that we would be back in an hour, or he could leave it with our neighbor, and they would sign. He made an excuse that he didn't have a pallet **** or a lift gate to get the pallet off his truck and that he would have to schedule delivery. You are a freight delivery service, yet you don't have a pallet **** or a lift gate? I find that hard to believe. I then received a re-delivery charge in the mail. When I reached out to customer service, the agent told me that there was an attempt made on 8/3 and then again on 8/4 and that is why the re-delivery fee was issued. I have security cameras on our property and after looking at those cameras, there was no attempt made on 8/3. I called to speak to a supervisor, ****, and when I brought up the fact that we had cameras on our property, he back tracked his statement and said there was no attempt made on 8/3. He said that FedEx Freight doesn't give updated tracking notifications, even though I received one for my package that is out for delivery today. He then continued to argue with me that there was nothing that they can do to help me. I have emails stating that there was an attempt made on 8/3 but now that I have video evidence showing that there was not an attempt, **** says that there is no mention of an attempt on 8/3, how likely. So, you get one attempt at delivery then they will charge a re-delivery fee?
