      The worst rental company I have ever dealt with in my 12 years is renting. I am in the military and move a lot so I have dealt with my fair share of shady businesses and MS ********************** takes the cake. I have PCS orders and this submitted a request for an early termination for my lease, mind you its only 2 weeks before my lease is set to expire. This was 25 days ago and I have yet to hear anything. My move out date is supposed to be next week and nothing. Everytime I call them I am on the phone for close to an hour with the promise a supervisor will call me back. They never do. I am told every time they have escalated my request. Yet no action. They are in clear violation of the **** and it is like talking to a wall. Stay far far away from this company and their predatory tactics.

      They took my application money and later said they do not have anyone to work the department of voucher assistance. Never received my application fee back although I was told I would! Called multiple times to see why and the just hangs up! Do not get excited or desperate and get f***

      I found a ton of negative ******************** on BBB here so I wanted to share my POSITIVE review. We rented a house here in ************* for my daughter and her fiancee and our grandson. Three days before they were supposed to move in, my wife and daughter took my grandson by the house to show him where he was going to live and much to their surprise, there were people living there. It turned out that they were squatters and MS ********************** had the police there immediately and they got out that very night. Then MS ********************** had a team go in and completely inspect and clean everything so that it was perfect for my daughter's family. Then, to our surprise on the move-in day, they had a crew come out and do the lawn. It was an awesome surprise. They did an outstanding job and we are very satisfied. Thank you MS **********************!!!

      If I could give 0 stars I would have. Let me just start off by saying if you are someone who is using a voucher PLEASE do not believe Main Street when they advertise equal opportunity housing for people as such. Ive been with Main Street for 2 1/2 years and it has been complete H*** this entire time. The way they treat you based off of you being a voucher holder is so disgusting and they ultimately need to stop advertising that they take vouchers because their department that handles vouchers holders WILL NEVER, I REPEAT NEVER communicate with you at all. Anyone who is a voucher holder knows there are times when rental increases needs to be filled out, when renewals need to filled out, inspections need to be done and repairs need to be handled. Main Street has a department called housing assistance for its voucher holders that can only be reached through email, and they NEVER RESPOND. I am now owing main street ***** because In April they needed to fill out another *** DUE TO ME LOSING MY VOUCHER BECAUSE THEY FAILED TO NOTIFY MY HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE ***** THEY COMPLETED AFTER THE HOME FAILED INSPECTION. Anyone who is on assistance knows how time sensitive these type of things are and if it doesnt get done youll be fully responsible for the full amount. Main Street was called multiple times and emailed multiple times in may of me begging them to complete the *** I emailed to them multiple times So payment can resumed and they ignored me and failed to do it. The only way to get main streets attention is to send out grand emails with multiple people attached , then they will respond. After the grand email I was told they cant fill my *** unless I pay the ***** ??? This balance is ONLY DUE TO THEM NOT COMPLETING PAPERWORK THAT THEY NEEDED TO FILL OUT SINCE MAY, THIS BALANCE IS ONLY BECAUSE THEY DIDNT CALL AND TELL MY HOUSING AUTHORITY REPAIRS WERE FIXED IN FEBRUARY.HEADS UP TO ANYONE WITH A VOUCHER, MAIN STREET DOES NOT WANT YOU HERE .

      Recently moved into a home on May 18, 2022. About a week after moving in we started having electrical issues. First, half of the outlets stopped working so I put in a maintenance request. By the time someone came out, 2/3 bedrooms and garage did not have electricity going to them. The maintenance employee left a bunch of wires exposed and said it was due to someone using the wrong wires when installing the ceiling fans. About two weeks later, someone else came out and all he did was take pictures. I had to contact Main Street yet again and the employee I spoke with couldnt get ahold of any of their vendors. After threatening to take action legally, someone finally emailed to set up an appointment. That person also didnt fix anything. Just looked around. It is July 1st and nothing has been done after a whole month. On top of that, they let us go without air for a week or so with the weather being 90 and up to 115 with the heat index. It got up to 98 in the home at least twice. Couldve been more because I could only check after work. Maintenance came, added Freon, said he used all he had and would have to come back out, but didnt. Air only worked for maybe 12 hours. Put in another request and they sent out one of their vendors. He said the maintenance guy left the breaker to the unit off and had to add more Freon. Not to mention Ive had to put in multiple requests for someone to fix the plumbing in the kitchen. The sink clogs if you run the water too long or run the dishwasher. The sink also doesnt put out hot water. The dishwasher will not drain so there has been water sitting at the bottom for a month or so. Its been like that since we moved in and not because of us as the tenants. My latest request had an appointment for June 30th and the maintenance guy NEVER showed. Hes either been late or didnt show every time he was scheduled to come out. Now I have to pay $1745 for a defective home and I REFUSE.

      The worst company. Took our money and made us pay a deposit of *******, had us pay a prorated fee of ****** for the last 7 days of june and forced us to pay ******* for july or we could not move in. So we finally was able after all the fees check out the house took 23 photos and its horrible. I stopped payment in julys rent and just want our money back and they insist we pay and will not release us from something weve never taken charge of .

      This company is beyonddddddddddddddd horrible. From the website, customer service , to the new recruits they hire who know little to nothing when it comes to the questions we as future residents call in to ask, I wouldn't even give then one star! But to submit the review I have to.Dont move here *********************
