I purchased the Muddy 36 MP Matric Dual Network Cellular Trail Camera in November 2024. I gave it to my husband as a Christmas present. After the Holiday craziness he finally opened and put the camera to use at the end of January. In less than a week it stopped working. I have been going back and forth dozens of times with GSM Outdoors customer service since February 6th and still do not have a resolution. They currently have had my camera for 2 weeks and still have not given me an update on sending me a replacement camera. To top it all off I had to pay the return shipping on this faulty camera. On 11/14/2024 I purchased the Walkers Disrupter Bluetooth Earbuds as a Christmas gift for my husband. They worked fine initially, but after only a few uses, one of the earbuds will no longer connect to a smartphone via bluetooth and therefore won't produce any sound. My husband contacted GSM Outdoors via phone for assistance. They advised him to try re-pairing the earbuds to his phone as well as deleting and reinstalling the Walkers Link iOS app. This did not resolve the issue so I filed a return request via the company's website (******************) on 3/11/25. After 10 days with no response, I called to inquire about the status of the return on 3/21/25. GSM informed me that they "did not see" my return request despite the fact I received an email confirmation for it, and proceeded to manually file a new return request for me. They assured me that my purchase was still under a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. They then informed me that I would need to ship their defective product back to them at my own expense, and then they would ship me a replacement. I asked the representative what would happen if the replacement has the same issue and was told that they would only offer to replace it with a different product. I told the representative that I wanted a refund and was told they will only refund a product within 30 days of purchase, even though it is still covered by their 1 year warranty. So far I have decided not to ship my defective product back because I should not have to pay for shipping it (I already paid shipping for the defective earbuds), and I have zero confidence that I'll be provided with a quality replacement. I demand a refund for the full purchase price of $267.49. By the way, this product can be purchased for as low as $150 plus tax from certain retailers now (only 4 months later).Initial Complaint

GSM OUTDOORS HAVE A 1 YEAR REPLACEMENT WARRANTY I have had up to 22 cameras at one time on my account and when GSM did a update to there app 4 of my cameras never worked again after the update i contacted them the first time in October of 2024 and emailed and received a return slip to send them back for replacement and proof of camera purchases and they even wanted pictures of the cameras which i complied after verification of all these things we mailed all 4 cameras back at the same time .Since october they have given me the run around and did not send the replacement cameras and they only answer the phone after your on hold for hours on end and then once they know that they cannot help you they disconnect the call and you have to call back and start all over I have over ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** a foreign call center and they are not even able to see where my cameras are and then they just hang up after putting you on hold several times.There is no manager to speak to and no customer relationsInitial Complaint

I was shipped a defective camera. Looks like moisture got in it. 1 zone even during the day was dark in comparison. Sent item back for a refund but have not received it. They also said even though I was shipped a defective product that I'm still responsible for the shipping cost.Initial Complaint

Order for SOG knife placed 11/4/24. Received knife but was not engraved as requested. Returned knife for engraving 12/4/24. Knife not received. Called customer service numerous times without resolution. 1/6/25 * was told the knife was with the engraving **** and would receive an email re: status. 1/17/25 * called customer service again * was told it had shipped. Still no knife. 1/29/25 * called customer service numerous times to talk to a customer service rep * was told it was with the engraving ****. Requested the order to be canceled and given a full refund. Was told that would they would process the refund. And we would get a refund within 14 days. Was told that if unable to cancel the order * we would receive an email stating such. Stil no knife. And no refund. 2/21/25 * called customer service. Asked for status of order. Again requested order to be canceled and refund to be given. Was told that they would process and make this a priority, * that we would get an email within few days re: the status of the order. Still no knife and no refund processed. Communication has been poor. No resolution given as of this writing. Many times promised email communications with updates and none received. When I call * customer service **** are rude and distracted ; lots of other chatter in the background making it difficult for customer service **** to completely pay attention to my request(s). You can tell they are reading from a script and not paying attention to what I need and have asked for. We have ordered *** knives before and have NEVER had any issues. Lifetime warranty offered in writing on backpack I purchased on February 6 2018. Order placed for SOG backpack model l#ypb001sog-008. Proof of purchase provided. original receipt provided. pictures of stitching coming apart as well as zipper falling apart provided. All these things were provided per their request. I have given them all the information they requested. there are also many vendors selling this product. However I am being told that the product is no longer available. They offered to replace with a similar product, but when I provided nearly identical product. They inform me that product is not available. I requested a list of available products and they that would replace the backpack and they have stopped responding. I believe they are just saying that product is not available so they don't have to honor their lifetime warranty. and I believe they are trying to stall and give me a run around In hopes that I give up so that they don't need to replace backpack. I purchased these items on 1/23/25 and recieved them on 1/30/25 I was shorted 8 jigs on the order. I purchased 4-3 pack jigs and only recieved 1 of each. I have reached out in every way and no one is responding. I have looked online and this is a repeated problem with several others having the same issue and not getting any response or resolution.Business Response

This is a camera recording service. Has not worked in 5 months. I have called and called and they tell me they stop charging me and return my money but they dont and charge againBusiness Response

The customer called back in 12/2024 to cancel service, but the agent was not able to locate the customer's account. The way to stop any charges on the account is to suspend the service on the app or remove the cameras from the account. The customer has been refunded back a total of $210.00 in fees at this time and we have suspended the service and then removed the cameras from the account.

I purchased a new revolver pro 360 trail cam from ****** and it malfunctioned due to moisture which turns out to be a problem with revolver models. I paid to send it back early November and they replaced with a lower model revolver 360 ( not a pro , they made a mistake ) , it also developed moisture with-in 12 hours of use. I called and sent it back and was offered a refund or replacement due to problems with those getting moisture. I requested the refund. Since then I have called and emailed several times trying to get a refund and each time I'm told something different. I also said I would except another model camera or cameras of same value if that would expedite this process. Today 1/13/25 I still have not received a refund or a replacement of a different model. I ordered from this company back on December 29th and the took my payment but have not shipped my order. I have contacted this company 3 different times and order has not shipped. Took my money but did not ship my merchandise.
