      National income is taking money through my bank although I have asked to end my policy.. I no longer live in ** and they continue to take $63.74 twice a month for a policy I had when I was working for the county of ******.. This issue started in October 2024 to present.. I have tried to stop payment and the bank wont.. The agent stated they would end it and have not done so.. They keep trying to increase my policy EVEN AFTER I ASKED FOR THE POLICY TO END.. *********** is rip off and I want my money back..

      My wife and I signed up for life insurance through this company. The agent (*****) and her boss (***) were very pushy and made us feel uncomfortable, we signed up anyway. I cancelled the policy a day later, as I had a better option through my employer. ***** assured me the policy was cancelled and her boss *** confirmed that we will be getting a refund in 7-10 days. Fifteen days later-no refund, but I kept getting calls from underwriting telling me I need to complete my application. I called underwriting, who told me my policy was still showing active! I told them AGAIN it needs to be cancelled. I was told it would AGAIN be cancelled and the amount I paid ($144.03) would be refunded within 7-10 days. Were on day 11 now with no refund!!! Im only giving it another week or so, before I lodge a complaint with the attorney general. This company is ridiculous!

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against National Income Life Insurance for engaging in what I believe to be fraudulent activities and failing to provide any communication or statements related to my policy.For several years, National Income Life Insurance has been making regular withdrawals from my bank account, without my consent or any explanation. Despite repeated requests, I have not received any documentation, billing statements, or even basic details regarding the charges or my insurance policy. This lack of transparency and failure to provide any form of statement raises serious concerns that these withdrawals may be unauthorized.The details of my account are as follows:Name: ***** ******** Bank Account Withdrawal History: [Monthly withdrawals since September 2023-present]I have attempted to resolve this issue directly with the company, but my efforts have been met with inadequate responses and no clear resolution. Therefore, I am seeking the assistance of the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter and assist in resolving the issue.I am requesting the following actions:A full investigation into the companys practices regarding unauthorized withdrawals.A detailed statement of all transactions related to my account, including payment history and fees.A refund for any unauthorized or incorrect charges made from my bank account.A clear explanation of the policy and services I have been paying for, as well as an assurance that this situation will be addressed appropriately.If the situation is not resolved promptly, I may be forced to take further action, including contacting state regulatory authorities, the ************************************ (****), and seeking legal advice.Thank you for your attention to this serious matter.       We would like to thank Ms. ******** for reaching out to our office regarding this matter.  Per our records, the Whole Life policy with Terminal Illness rider was issued as applied for and the premiums quoted at application were drafted as indicated.  No cancellation request has been received and the coverage remains in place.  As indicated in the attached documents, different addresses were provided and could possibly explain why the insured never received any documentation.  A request has been submitted to send the policyholder a duplicate policy at the address given in this complaint.  Please allow 7-10 business days for this request to be processed.  Please let our office know if we can be of further assistance.

      We started our policy last year and after filing a claim and not getting what we were originally promised, we decided to cancel our policy in August of 2024. They automatically withdrew for September, after we were under the assumption our policy was cancelled. We called, they said they would be cancelling the policy and apologized. We chalked it up to a simple error and let it go. The same thing happened every single month until January when we finally got confirmation that our policy was cancelled. We have had at least 10 calls with this company where they say they will listen to the old calls and will reimburse us since August ($171 a month) within 3-5 business days. Every time I call, I get the same response or that they cant find our policy then they put me on hold for ***** minutes saying they are looking for it or finding someone who can help and I get nothing. It seems to be a reoccurring theme.

      I started the application process, which I was told at the time I would need to do a follow up call to complete the process. The agreement was my payments start on November 15th 2024. They took their first payment and over withdrew me in October. I was told the policy would not be accepted due to my green card expiring. The lady overviewing my policy stated she would just enter a different expiration date for approval. I talked to my "agent" who has since left the company and said I was no longer interested. To my knowledge, my application was never completed. I've had two additional charges since. I received calls that my application needed to be completed and again told my agent I was no longer interested. Somehow my application was completed without me? Apparently because I went thru my agent and not them, I was approved and enrolled. I called today and was told I should have called them directly instead of going thru my agent. I simply requested my policy be terminated and my payments be refunded as I had requested from my agent and after being transferred to 3 different departments I was told that I can terminate my policy, but would not be reimbursed. Two people said my policy shouldn't have started with my immigration status and the third said it didn't matter. I had made it clear I did not want the policy after they took my payment before the agreed date to my agent. Apparently I waited too long and will no longer be eligible for a refund. Nothing was explained or made clear during my application on terminating the policy, and I don't understand how an agent can complete an application without me or not be able to cancel a policy after I stated I no longer wanted it. The last person I spoke with was very rude and made me feel like I was at fault because I wasn't aware that notifying my agent was fruitless.

      We have been trying to cancel our policies for weeks. I have called, and emailed so has my husband. Every time we contact them they give us the run around. I called they told me my husband has to call. I asked to conference him in they said not allowed he has to call separately. He called they told him I had to call but allowed him to conference me in. Last Thursday, December 5th I had emailed both agents asking to cancel with no response. I called December 6th and left a voicemail with no return call. I called December 9, 10, 11, and 12th asking to cancel. My husband called December 11th confirming to cancel and they act like they have no record of the calls. We sent a formalized complaint to their emails they provided on *****, and they wrote back they cant find our policies. Ive asked to be reimbursed for the money they have taken during this period as I have been trying to cancel and instead they keep pulling my funds and giving me the run around. They have since overdrawn my account. Ive asked for our account numbers to include on their forms they told me put all policies we are left with no information.

      Hello, I believe Im a victim of life insurance fraud. On January 27, 2023 I signed up for whole life insurance with **** ****** (supervising manager) ***************** under National Income Life Insurance I. Coverage was for me and my daughter. February was the first payment taken. 12 payments of $35.34 ($1,353.40) later and I still cant sign up online to view my life insurance policy. I contacted the agent in March who helped me,**** ******. He gave me their information: policy #s NY0891617 and NY0891618, for my daughter and I. These numbers seemed bogus when I tried creating and account online. I called and texted ****. Outreach was done several times and he said he would get back to me. He never did. **** never called or texted me back. He also said he would have the regional manager contact me, who never did. His excuse for not being able to sign up was that mine and my daughters policies were pending approval. I cant get in touch with anyone from National Income Life Insurance over the phone. **** does not answer his cell or texts. Its almost a year and I dont have anything but money taken from me. I want my money back. At this point theres no access online to even sign up anymore.

      I cancelled by policies (policy numbers in uploaded document) on 11/11/24.I was told the cancellation form would have the option of mailed checks or direct deposit, there was no option. I called and was told they dont do direct deposit and that checks were sent out on 11/14 and 11/19 for each policy and was told that regular mail can take up to 30 days by one representative, 3-5 business days by another representative and ***** business days by another representative, all of which were rude and nasty and frequently hung up on me. Another representative told me they cant do anything until after 12/19 if the checks dont arrive. Sending over 4000 dollars in the regular mail or without a receipt does not make sense to me. I have been trying to call for the last two days and after being on hold for over an hour, someone answers and immediately hangs up, so now I cant reach anyone. My policies were on autopay and I have spent close to 10k in premiums and no one answers by phone or email. I just want the value direct deposited so I dont have to deal with company.

      I have been going through an ongoing issue battling this company to completely close out all of my insurance policies as I no longer was interested in the extreme dollar amount they ask per month in coverage. I called on 8/27/24 to cancel these policies, but was forced to wait until I received their cancellation form which took 15 business days to arrive at my address. No one had contacted me after I sent in the cancellation request, so I figured at that point in September that everything was taken care of. Fast forward to October 2nd and I noticed I have been billed for insurance premiums I believe I had cancelled. I called them asking why this had occurred on October 7th and they claim that I still have open policies that I have not returned a form for. I sent in all of the policy numbers I knew of at the time for now what would be a 2nd time. Yet after this 2nd time they still claim nothing has been received. I had called seven times during this period between August all the way through what is now November 20th, each time being someone totally different and has no idea of my case and each person wants me to continue to resend forms to 3 different emails hoping for the best. I became absolutely infuriated numerous times speaking with the different members of staff as no one could explain to me why my emails are not being responded to and I have now sent 4 emails. After one of my calls earlier in the month of November, after getting snotty with them, I finally received an email with a response to the original forms SENT ON SEPTEMBER 21st ! This only tells me they had my emails all along and threw me on the back burner as they did with a bunch of other clients as well who were trying to cancel. They do not want to refund me the full amount of my insurance premiums because they claim, I didnt ask for all of them to be cancelled, during my phone call on August 27th even though I stated right in my email from September that I wanted to remove every one of them.

      I filled a cancellation form for my whole life insurance and was supposed to be sent a check of the amount of around $800.00 this was filed in October and Ive still havent seen a refund check I need this issue resolved Ive tried to contact them and Ive had no success please help me thank you !!
