      Do not use- they are the worst company they charged me $159 for an annual fee which was ***** they keep hitting my card every month for $168 for a service that does nothing at all.They keep saying they will email me and I have had them confirm the email address and nothing has come thru as it relates to canceling the contract. This is a scam company the fact they do not have a number you can reach them at is insane. They do not even deserve 1 star

      This place is an utter scam. The salesman said they address ALL pests, and they can find a solution if there is anything else we need.Every single time they have come out, there has been an issue where they could not perform the whole service yet still charge us the full price. Our house is full of things they insist they control - spiders, wolf spiders, ants, you name it!There have been multiple occasions when the technician doesn't even show and still sends in the report of the services "performed." When I called the customer service number, the man on the phone couldn't help me, nor could he escalate my issues, nor could he even transfer me to someone who could!What kind of scam business is this? I am outraged that this is even happening in this day and age.

      The technician ************** did a great job very personable communicates very well and took care of my yard and went above and beyond making sure he covered the whole backyard I rate him 10/10!

      This is a door to door scam. Do not trust this company. They show up with no truck and say thats because they are working down the street or they dont show up when they are scheduled to show up.

      My wife and I have been Aptive customers for nearly six years and have had only positive experiences with them. Today's experience was no different. Service tech **** was called to deal with a wasp nest in our home's (******* **) foundation. She arrived on time, explained how she was going to treat the problem, and proceeded to thoroughly eradicate the nest. She was friendly, professional, and paid attention to detail in servicing our home, and this is the kind of service I've come to expect from Aptive, thanks **** for a job well done!

      This product does nothing to reduce the insects and bugs in my yard. In fact, the problem has been worse. They claimed the treatment would kill snakes. Three weeks later my gardener killed a water moccasin. I have had two applications with no observable results.Spiders, moths, mosquitos, silverfish and roaches are still here.I am NOT satisfied with this company and am cancelling and expect a refund.

      I am writing my review in hopes that it may help others who may want to do business with Aptive Environmental.I had been a customer of ******************** for a year and had a great experience, until I didnt. My account was switched over to ******************** was scheduled for my quarterly service and the tech told me he would come between 11A and 1P that day. The tech called me around 4:30P stating there was traffic and the weather was bad. I understood his concern and he assured me that someone would come the following day which was a Saturday to complete my service.On Saturday, I received an email that my service was complete. I immediately called Aptive and told them not to charge my card because my service was not complete! I have 2 Ring cameras and I did not see the tech on any of my cameras. There were no signs left in the yard, I did not get a call or a knock at my door which proves the tech was not there!I had another friend in ********* that had the same issue with the tech saying they came but did not. I was beyond frustrated. I called my account **** ******** and told her that with all this confusion and the tech stating they came out but did not, I did not have any intentions for paying for the service. She then stated she would put me down for a service that would be no charge.******* submitted my service as a reservice which led to multiple text messages stating Aptive needed to come out for my quarterly service. Everyone knows a reservice is free but the initial service was never completed! I was very confused and told them to stop contacting me since I already had service. When I called ******** she told me that they would need to come out and I would be charged because she did not properly code this in the system. I asked to speak to her supervisor 4x because this is beyond frustrating and I also told her to cancel my service. I never had these issues with Aptive! After speaking with others that had complaints about the integrity of this company, I would NOT re

      On 08/24/2022 We were approached by an Aptive salesperson at a time we were considering pest control solutions. All seemed well, his practiced speech was delivered perfectly. Since we needed the service anyway, we decided to go ahead with the 1 year contract. However, we needed to wait 2 weeks to get started with service due to finances. No problem the salesperson says. We can go ahead and set the date of service for tomorrow, and will set your debit date for September 16, and then monthly afterwards. We did not request immediate service for later payment, it was offered. We would have been plenty happy with getting started with all of it and paying two weeks later. We were assured it was fine for them to go ahead and do service since well already be in the neighborhood Day after service we were charged the $120 for initial service. We did not have immediate budget for this, we made a budget to make this initial charge and monthly service work starting on September 16. Being charged $120 2 weeks ahead of time now puts us in an incredible financial bind. We contacted the customer support team and were informed well look into it and that we had until 08/29 to cancel our contract. We didnt want to cancel. We only wanted to be refunded until the date we agreed to with the salesperson. At which point we could begin agreed upon debits. 08/29 came and went, 08/30 too. On 08/31 customer service contacts (knowing now were contractually locked in) and says no you will not receive a refund because Your salesperson was not authorized to offer that payment solution They offered a $30 coupon and a discount on the service. Total dollars long term we come out ok. But for two weeks we have to figure out how to replace $120 in our grocery and fuel budgets. This is bad business. We will honor our 12 month commitment, but not beyond. Will be leaving this review as many places as possible. Maybe $120 is an insignificant amount to Aptive, but its not to us.
