PRO ********* was delivered damaged. TForce claim department has the proof of the delivered damaged pallet and still denies their own claim process. TForce claims to be the old *** and this is not true. False advertise of the delivery of undamaged deliveries. Items ordered under rush shipment and carried by T-force. Driver came to deliver but only delivery 1 of 3 items. Driver was instructed to wait but left delivery site within less than a minute. Customer support was called, they answered but provided no support. Was told this was escalated, brought to managers, its been 2 weeks on missing these CRITICAL items for a senior facility, causing additional damage and cost.Business Response

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are showing this order picked up as 1 skid and delivered as 1 skid. We have pictures showing order banded to a skid, we did not sign for pieces, we signed for 1 skid. It is possible the other 2 pieces were never banded to the skid as is noted on the Bill of lading. Attached is the **** inspection document and a claim form. We are unable to refund your company via this forum you will need to file a claim to seek reimbursement for lost materials. You can submit a claim to start that process. We do have notes in our system in the event something does show up under this pro.Initial Complaint

However, destination noted they did not have enough orders to run a route for this area. Our system does show pro ********* is out for delivery today 12/3. I am writing to file a formal complaint against TForce Freight regarding their failure to deliver my shipment as scheduled and the subsequent issues I have faced.Earlier this month, I placed an order for flooring with Efloors, who arranged for delivery through TForce Freight. The delivery was originally scheduled for Thursday, October 14. However, the shipment was not delivered on that date. When I contacted TForce Freight on Friday, October 15, they informed me that I would need to reschedule, and we set up another delivery window for Monday, October 18.On Monday, I received a call from TForce Freight asking if I had a forklift available to unload the item from the truck, a requirement that was never mentioned during scheduling. Without access to a forklift, I was told that delivery would not be possible on that day either, and I would need to wait for a call to reschedule the delivery.After waiting for a response, I followed up with TForce Freight on November 19, only to be informed that they had lost my shipment and could not provide an estimated delivery date.This experience has caused significant inconvenience and delay in my project, and I find TForce Freights handling of my shipment and lack of communication unacceptable. I am requesting that TForce Freight locate my shipment and expedite its delivery immediately or provide a resolution for the lost item. Additionally, I would like BBB's assistance in ensuring TForce Freight takes accountability for this situation and improves their customer service and communication standards.Thank you for your attention to this matter. Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention. We do show an appointment scheduled with a liftgate trailer 11/20 and delivered on this date. Your complaint references date in October however we do not show this order was picked up until 11/7. We are sorry for any inconvenience this delay has caused you and your company. This shipment was not shipped as a guaranteed delivery therefore we are unable to process a refund to the payor of the freight charges, Floor Covering Associates. I ordered stair parts which were delivered via Tforce. They gave me an estimated delivery window of 10 am to 5 pm. I was told to call the morning of delivery if I wanted a more narrow time frame. I called the companies local hub probably 20 times from 10 am until 5 pm. They did not answer the phone a single time at the local hub nor did they answer any voicemails. The corporate customer service team was not able to contact the driver and were essentially no help. In fact, the corporate customer service would often not listen to my entire inquiry and immediately transfer me to the local hub.... which did not answer the phone. I had a prior commitment and had to leave my home by 530. The order was still not delivered at that time. The driver arrived at 6 PM which was 1 hour later then the SEVEN HOUR time frame they provided. The driver left the items on the driveway without notice. I arrived home to note that the most important part of the order was missing. There were a pallet and a 16 foot tube in the order. I called the shipping company as soon as they opened and they told me "we have documentation that you signed for the items you are currently missing". I am curious as to who signed my name fraudulently. After inquiring further, they then claimed that the seller never gave them the missing items. This is interesting to me as they marked the item as delivered? Not sure how you can mark an item as delivered that you apparently never had to begin with. The seller and the shipping company are currently disputing with each other while I sit in the middle with no viable end in site.Business Response

The handrails did turn up in ******* 11/25 but were returned to shipper, JMP **** as over. The Bill of lading we were given had the handrails marked off, 2 pcs is all we signed for. This complaint is in regards to a billing error made by TForce Freight that they refused to correct. We attempted to work with customer service to resolve the situation, but ultimately never received a follow-up or resolution of any kind.We shipped 4 pallets of product to our customer on 12/26/2023 on ********************** for which TForce quoted $408.73 (Quote # ********). Despite our Bill of Lading being clearly marked PREPAID, TForce billed our customer (the recipient) for this load instead of us. Our customer does not have an account with ********************** and thus the quoted rate was not applied to the invoice (our customer was billed $2,330.28). Upon hearing of the error via our customer, we immediately reached out to ********************** customer service and explained that a billing error was made, and requested that they 1.) Change billing for this load to our account (# ******************, and 2.) Apply the quoted rate of $408.73 to this shipment. TForce customer service gave us run-around answers and ultimately never followed up on the situation despite ***eated attempts by us to reach out. As of present, we still have not been billed for this shipment. Our TForce service *** left the company and we were never assigned a ***lacement, and thus we have no other points of contact.This invoice has since been sold to collections. The collections agency is now harassing our customer for $2,330.28 of perceived unpaid debt for which they are not liable. In our experience, this type of issue is typical of TForce Freight, and a primary reason why we no longer do business with them. Submitting this complaint was a last resort option, but we hope this will get the attention of someone who is willing to help.Business Response

We do not show were we ever billed ***************, however the original *** we were given shows *************** % ************** ************************************************************* as the shipping from address. Our billers enter exactly has shown on the *** were given at pickup. DVO showing before ************** created a temp record and did not pull any pricing. I have scanned your attached letter into our system as no notes were showing under this pro where **************** attempted to correct this pro or ever took a call regarding this situation. Attached is the *** we were given at pickup for your review. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, this is a very simple situation that should have been corrected with one email or phone call. I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. If the company does not perform as promised I can get back to you at: *********************************************************************************.Based on the company's response, it appears no attention was paid to the attachment included with my original complaint, "TForce PRO# *********.pdf". I am attaching it again to this response for convenience. TForce's claim that no one in customer service attempted to correct the problem is completely untrue...my attachment includes a scan of the email chain between Crown and TForce customer service regarding this issue. So if there are no notes on file where there should be, it's because TForce's employees aren't following procedures. **************** told us to contact our account manager, who at that point had resigned from TForce and we have yet to be assigned a new one. I agree this situation should have been fixed with one call or email, and I can assure you we sent way more than one email and it's too bad it didn't work out that way.
That being said, we are happy that the invoice is finally being corrected, and it will be paid promptly once received.

I ordered a 5th wheel trailer hitch from eTrailer in ********. eTrailer used Tforce freight to ship the base which is over 100 lbs. Tforce supposedly has my hitch base at their ****** hub. Tracking says they need to schedule an appointment for delivery but I never receive a call or an email. Several times I have contacted customer service and they cannot reach the ****** hub. The Denver hub has had my hitch for a week and is non-responsive to their call center. I have escalated this twice to no avail. The call center says there is nothing they can do. TForce Freight collections department is repeatedly sending emails claiming our company owes them money despite the fact that we and the vendor responsible for the debt have repeatedly informed them that the amount due is not attributable to our company. I have multiple LTL shipments I have scheduled with T force freight which resulted in damage. I have kept everything from notated damaged PODs, to pictures of the damage, AND the inspection report from a 3rd party verifying the damage. T force will do anything in its power not to pay a claim. I have multiple documents and email chains to support the denials. I have quite a few. Terrible company, I will never use them again and have removed them from my companies transportation list.
