      Intake was 3/31/23, pre-op 5/4/23, and surgery was 5/11/23.I did not see an doctor on the intake to evaluate my case and goals. For some reason the intake was with a non medical person but they make you pay half of the cost before you even see a doctor. That should have been when I walked out. During the pre-op the doctor stated he would make the cut for the tummy tuck low enough so the scar and remaining stretch marks would be below my bikini line. This is what I gave consent for. On the day surgery after I was already medicated he mentioned he had a couple options and was not sure which to do. He did not explain the pros and cons and of course I could not have given informed consent as I was already partially sedated. The scar is higher then he had stated it would be and the stretch marks extend to my belly button. I assume he went with the opposite option of what we discussed during the pre-op. Both visits he joked (I hope it was a joke) about the bars closing at 4 am which was very disconcerting.The liposuction was advertised and being gentle and low pain but was brutal and agonizing. I don't know if the local did not take or if that is what everyone experiences. I was stabbed with the tool over and over in each incision. I could feel it tearing and if there was resistance he would be even more forceful. He would hit the end against my ribs and hip bones and they are still tender and bruised. It hurt to even breathe. When I reached my hands up several times to protect myself I was told to put them back. No one asked if I was okay. I don't think the scar and stretch marks are repairable now the extra skin has been removed. Not only did I not get the results I was promised I am having flashbacks and difficulty sleeping and am looking for a trauma therapist. I want a full refund and compensation for pain and suffering.

      It does not address the issue of a lack of informed consent and follow through with the agreed on plan.During our initial meeting the doctor told me that my scar would be hidden by a bikini  and any remaining stretch marks might extend a little above the incision but would also be mostly covered.  That  was my goal and what I gave consent for. Instead the incision is just above the bikini line and the remaining stretch marks go all the  up to my belly button. I would never have gone through with the procedure if I had know that would be the result.
      In regards to the pain it is not about low tolerance. The attached documents show your own advertising describes the procedure as "minimally invasive" with "minimal pain" and "quick recovery."   It also states that physicians use "gently suction to effectively remove the majority of unwanted fat"  Based on that I believed that lasers melted the fat which was then suctioned out not that I was going to be repeatedly stabbed with the cannula leaving extended tissue and nerve damage behind.  In the final photo taken of your web site the procedure is again described as "minimally invasive." It is 6 weeks later and my ribs are still bruised and sore, it hurts to lay on my right side, and I continue to get stabbing pains. That this level of continuing pain is normal was acknowledged during my conversation with ******* but was not part of informed consent prior to the procedure.  The possibility that I did not get an appropriate dose of medication  was also mentioned during our conversation and  is something that I think warrants further exploration.  When discussing the possibility of another surgery it was mentioned that the photos show that I "still have loose skin above the waist" if there was loose skin available why wasn't the surgery done as the doctor stated it would be the first time?

      Hello Im writing of an disatifaction of service I received around May 2022 had whole back done which is still showing rolls of fat, I had me stomach done which I now have lumps and fat you can feel the lumps stomach looks swollen or something going on way after a year still my Stiches had came loose not even a month in couldnt get a hold of no one I called the emergency number they tried to help me no results whole weekend my stomach kept opening to were there was foul smell and bad drainage from it and painful I called emergency number again crying they found a doctor to talk with me told me to get some cream to put on it went in to see him even tho he was not the doctor who done my prceadure sent me home with no prevail couple days went by Im disgusted with Oder cant eat just sick I called them again complaining finally got my doctor who happen to over hear me on the phone by name she had me come right in I can barley walk bent over she looked terrified but played it off and had the nurse girl get some items to clean it out I screamed with pain hurting Omg she packed it had me come in three days a week to clean and pack it for four weeks until it heals from the inside out when it will get kinda close she had to cut it open agatand ***** it back then come back in few weeks or do ok now I have large doogie ears they called it now cut again to remove it ok I wanted my inner thighs done so I paid for that to be done when I come back to get my dude cut yess once again now now I have one thigh bigger than the other Im so ashamed of wearing leggings and jeans because I looked deformed Im so over this I mentioned this to her about my legs now she wants to take the fat out my thigh when both were half done smh which is upcoming in August 2023 I went to get a second even third and fourth appenion they were displeasing to work now Im going elsewhere to get my body back to looking normal I hate my body do much now or even to touch myself or look in the mirror without crying if I could get some of my money back I was robbed of help please

      I attended a consultation on 5/16/23 at which point I signed up to have a liposuction and deposited $500. During the appointment I explained my medical conditions and asked if I would get a refund if my doctors would not approve the operation as I had not spoken to them regarding my desire for cosmetic surgery. I was told yes by **** who held the consultation with me. After consulting with my doctor I was told that they do not want me to have this surgery at this time due to my current medical issues. I called and email them on 5/18/23 and was informed that I would get refunded in 10 business days. This week someone from the front desk called me asking when am I going to get the pre-authorization signed so he can schedule my surgery. I told them that my surgery was canceled because my doctor will NOT approve comestic surgery at this time. I called back yesterday to check on the status of my refund and was told a manager would call me back. I have a biopsy scheduled Friday 5/26/23 and an upcoming myomectomy scheduled two weeks after. I am dealing with a lot of medical problems which I told them about and dont have the time to fight for a refund that they said I would get back if I cannot medically go through with this procedure. I have RA and am being screened for cancer at this time due to the lumps found in ny breast and lower region. I just want my refund and to focus on my health.

      In January/March of 2020 I two surgeries at Sono Bello in *****, **. This included my stomach, abdomen, love handles, arms, inner/outer thighs. I paid $11,987.03 for these procedures. I went back in the summer complaining about the results and they offered me the ******* treatments which did absolutely nothing. I am now left with a body that looks worse than it did to start with. My stomach has a large wedge of scar tissue that sticks out when I wear a fitted shirt. My arms are also deformed - they look like cottage cheese. I cannot wear short sleeves without feeling self conscious. I've waited 2 years for the results to get better. I feel completely ripped off.

      I had my 6 month following up on May 2, 2023 in ***********, **. I asked to see the surgeon due to being unhappy with my results so far. I had laserlipo on my inner and outer thighs and love handles (the manager was present too). I was told preop due to my small frame it should be no problem to see the results I wanted. I weighed 112lb on surgery day and *****lbs on the 6 month follow up. All my areas treated so not show any physical differences and there has been minimal to no changes in inches. My love handles look the same. My inner and outer thighs look worse now since they are now almost 3inches larger than my mid thighs where no surgery was done. I asked the surgeon if he simply didn't take enough out (I was told only 700mls of fat were removed from all 6 areas) or if it could be swelling still. He said no that all the areas looked the way they look due to loose skin, and since this loose skin is not saggy he said it is why it looks like there were no changes to the areas treated.I was offered a Venus ******* by the manager to only 1 area, but was also told 1 ******* wouldn't do much and I would need the full ******* to see a difference. At which point I was then given a high price tag to get said ******* x 3 for all the areas. So I basically paid $5000+ just to have 16 incision scars and no physical changes and thighs that are now uneven compared to the rest of my thighs.I should not be charged for the Venus ******* to all my treated areas (or any nonsurgical procedures)in order to see the results I was supposed to see from the $5K+ lipo procedure in the 1st place.The people at this clinic seem nice. And at this point I just want my inner/outer thighs to match the size of the rest of my thighs. Or I should be given a refund so I can have these problems fixed somewhere else. I have reached out to my original consultant with my concerns and have asked to be directed to someone who can help me come to a solution, but have yet to hear back from her.

      Hello,

      I think my case was closed since a plan for resolution was made but I would like to open it back up due to the planned resolution not being completed. 

      I reached back out to the sono bello about a month or so ago to set up a date for the corrective lipo to fix the mistakes that were made, however I have only been given the run around. I called several times and was told someone needed to call me back but no one ever did. 

      Finally someone told me the office manager that I had met with with the new Dr who would do my corrective surgery has left and that Dr did not ever anything into the computer, only my paper records. So I was told those paper records needed to be found then a date could be set up to revisit the Dr and schedule my surgery. Once again no one has bothered to reach out and I know longer trust this company with how it's being ran. I would like a refund so I can get my corrective surgery done else where.

      Please let me know what I need to do next.

      I paid a deposit to Sono Bello of $1k to have a procedure done. I went in to consult with the surgeon. After consulting with the surgeon he advised that the procedure I was scheduled for would not bring me the results I was looking for. The tummy tuck is not a procedure they offer. I asked would I receive documentation of cancellation and was told I needed to get back in touch with my consultant (***********************). I called numerous times on the 14th of April which was the day of consultation and kept getting told she was not available. I finally was able to reach ******* on the 17th and told her what the surgeon had advised me of and I needed to cancel. She said she I had to come back in for a 2nd opinion of another DR. I asked for cancellation paperwork and she said she would have to get with accounting. I told her that my bank had been notified of the situation. I have not heard back from Sono Bello since the 17th of April.

      I wish this company did not advertise that you have same-day results when it is the farthest thing from the truth. I am two weeks out from my three-month recovery. I am still wearing a Faja, with various hard bumps on my stomach and torso, and waist, and a pouch or lip hanging above my lower abdomen, which wasn't there before! I have gone to every appointment and taken advantage of my three "free" ***** appointments. I was told that more ***** appointments would cost me $187 each! I refuse to pay this company anymore after paying them $10K for a highly disappointing procedure. So I asked if I could see a dr at my three-month check-up. Nope, not possible. They won't let you see a dr until after six months post-procedure. That's unheard of. I think they should change their advertising to be more truthful. It is not same-day results and the ***** should be part of the original payment if it is needed post-surgery. Period. I should not have to pay them any more money.

      I visited SonoBello for a consultation for liposuction and was recommended ABEX. I was told the procedure is easy and that the girl doing the consolation just had liposuction done last week without any anesthesia and that I would be able to lift my daughter afterwards (she is 20lbs) . I then decided to move forward with the procedure and had to pay a downpayment ($2,495) before I could even look at scheduling the procedure. I was then scheduled for a preop with the Dr. *** Dr then told me that I may feel pain during the procedure and that it would take up to 5 hours and that I am NOT able to life over 15lbs. I was appalled and unprepared for not being able to lift my daughter (do NOT have family around to help during recovery) and not aware of the intensity of this procedure. With some thought over the weekend (pre op was on a Friday) I made the decision to cancel my procedure and did so Monday morning. I was told I would be contacted regarding my refund, and then when i did not hear from them for a few weeks I reached out asking about the status of the refund. I was then called by the practice manager who was very degrading to me. She stated they had to call in a Dr and nurses for the day of my procedure so therefore they could not give me a refund, but could keep the money on my account as a credit if I wanted to move forward with the procedure or I could use the money towards 'Venus ******* to reduce wrinkles or cellulite on my 'butt'. Not anything I am interested in, not a facility I want to do business with since the way I have been treated. I have contacted SonoBello multiple times since requesting to be refunded my deposit back and each time get told I will get a call back and never do.

      I went to Sono Bello in April to look into their laser liposuction. My "sales" rep ******** was very helpful, kind and convincing that this was the right procedure for me. They took a deposit of $2995.00 on that day and scheduled the surgery for May 5th. I was due to have a pre-op appointment the week before but they rescheduled it for 2 days before (May 3rd). After meeting with the Dr. and nurses I was scared to death to have this procedure done. I cancelled for the 5th. I was told they would look in to a refund but if I decided to have it done at another time they would lock in the prices for me. I will never have this procedure done and have tried on multiple occasions to speak to someone about my refund. My original rep ******** has never returned a call or email and I've tried multiple times. I've also spoken with a ****** who told me should would right back to me and that was 4 days ago. I call every day trying to get an answer and nobody will talk to me or return a call.

      On April 20, 2023, I had a free consultation with ***************************** at Sono Bello to have liposuction of the upper, lower stomach, AbEx, and inner thighs. On April 25, 2023, I had a pre-op with *****************. I had several questions regarding the AbEX and Lipo Suction surgery, the pain I would experience during and post surgery, and especially the medications I was taking; however, she rudely brushed me off and told to just listen to what she had to say. I thought that was very unethical and rude. I walked away from the appointment feeling very anxious and uneasy with my decision. Due to the very bad experience with the doctor and then researching bad reviews and patients' complaints on the company, I decided not to have surgery.In addition, I was not made aware of the type of credit account applied for and its terms. I felt that Sono Bello misled me into believing I could make payments in which I inquired and requested; however, it was a charge account with the balance due in full. I canceled my pre-op appointment, and surgery, and requested a reimbursement of the $2,500 deposit as soon as possible.I spoke to ******, Practice Manager, on May 9, 2023, and she stated she would reimburse my deposit and give me a $200 Tango gift card. I received a $250 Tango gift card that same day, however, Sono Bello has not refunded the $2,500 to my credit card. I sent serval emails and texts to Sono Bello, but have gone unanswered. I would like my deposit refunded immediately.
