On several occasions In July and August 2024 this business did not have accessible aisles for the Disabled, had a dirty store and unhelpful employees that directly acted rude to a Disabled customer, and then when contacted via email responded with a **** *********************** address is XXX" instead of being willing to address the complaint. 7/3/24 - I went into the store at roughly 9-10 PM on this evening and learned quickly that not only was my store no longer 24 hours and closed at 1 AM, but that stocking had already begun. And I mean heavy, hundreds of boxes everywhere stocking. Multiple lanes and aisles were completely obstructed and impossible to navigate with the electric carts provided, which due to my Disability I have to use, as I have severe degenerative disk disease. Not only were the aisles obstructed and there were barricades erected everywhere, but multiple employees were operating forklifts in a manifestly dangerous manner, sliding about and not using the horn to signal crossings, not stopping and on two occasions coming within just 1-2 feet of smashing into my electric cart- ************** weigh thousands of pounds and electric carts weigh dozens. They are in all ways both realistically and legally Heavy Machinery and need to be treated as such. But in general, the store should not be inaccessible during business hours. If the store is open, the store should be open and accessible to all classes of customer. As of August *************************************************************** the weather- Multiple of them are no longer functional and the seats and frames are rotting due to not being kept in conditions they are meant for. They don't work and employees become hostile if you ask if they could put in an order for them to be fixed, or at least take them out of public eye where we may think they're usable. The store is hostile to the disabled and so is the company behind it.

I have sent the *** of WinCo two emails after an exhaustive effort to resolve the issue at a lower level of formality. He hasn't responded to either email. You might ask, why would I spend this much time and effort on an issue pertaining to reloading a WinCo gift card. Frankly, it's a matter of principle and being treated with dignity and respect. Because I take my business dealings and finances seriously, it is an impossible pill to swallow being ignored and/or told that they aren't at liberty to share the reason behind my rejection when attempting to reload a gift card. I would liken it to being thrown in jail but when asking why being told that an explanation is not necessary. In my mind this is egregiously unacceptable! If I had a problem (I'm sure I don't) I couldn't even attempt to address it without knowing the reason for the denial. Good Morning *****!Let me preface this email by telling you that I am extremely frustrated and incensed by an ongoing situation that I have been dealing with relative to a gift card reload problem. I have spoken to both ****** and ****** to no avail. Here is some background information. I picked up a gift card at the new WinCo in ********, ** and had them put $5 on it. From the very first time I tried to reload the gift card on your website, I was rejected. I contacted the banks associated with the credit cards that I was attempting to use and they said that the problem was entirely on Winco's end. I have spoken to and emailed ****** and ******, but ultimately they're telling me that gift card reloads are handled by a third-party service provider and that they are not at liberty to disclose why I am being rejected. Interestingly enough, I picked up another gift card and was able to successfully reload it with my wife's name using the same credit card that I have attempted to use multiple times, which is actually in my name and she is an authorized user. I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this problem.

I bought ground grass fed Beef #********** By Wilmar Meat I did not notice it was not US origin it was from four different countries ******, *********, *********** and *******. I noticed it when I got home. I Typically buy Oregon grass fed beef I picked this by mistake. 2 hours later I returned it. At WinCo at the customer service counter, they would not take it back stating store policy. I did not open the package and I had the receipt. And they would not allow me to exchange it. There is no sign saying if you buy packaged meat, you can't return it. I also shop at ************** I never had this problem ever before. This is highly unusual and frustrating.

6/4/2024 not sure of the time but I the afternoon I think. I used to go to your store all the time to do my shopping. ******. Is what I spent. I was minding my own business as I usually do getting my groceries. I had my service dogs with me. I have severe siezures and the alert me when Im about to have one and I can go find a safe place to sit until it passes. On this day I assume he was a manager but I cant say because the level of unprofessionalism was amazing. I was approached by 3 men who surrounded me. I was told I could not have my service dog in the store. I was also advised that I had been harassing customers which never happened. I tried to tell them that I had not talked to anyone in the store. I was told I was lying. I said go check your cameras Your gonna just see me shopping thats it. They said I had to immediately leave I asked if I could grab the last thing on my list and was told no. I get asking someone to leave because they are causing issues but I never did anything. I would also like for you to explain why my *** dogs are not allowed in your store please I would also like to know why I was treated like a criminal with absolutely zero proof that I did any wrong. I felt like the group of employees who cornered me were very unprofessional and I felt like I was Threatened Debit card was my Wifes ***************************

Hi my name is ************************* I have been discriminated and assaulted for being a pregnant homeless woman. At winco and i was assaulted and called several names when I had receipts to prove I purchased the items and I was tackled to the ground by *********************** and his associate *******. He called me several names and harassed against and called a tweeker b**** My phone held against my will for 2 hours and he stole it for two hours and wouldn't let me speak to my boyfriend who thought I was kidnapped. I felt kidnapped and he had the handcuffs on so tight I couldn't feel my wrists he called me every name in the book and made fun of me accusing me of stealing chicken I never stole. I had shown the receipts before and nothing has been done and to this day they threaten cops if I go to the store. *********************** told me he gets away with bruising my arms up and down and making it so I can't lift for weeks because I deserved it for being a homeless woman and he has assaulted ************************************************************************************************************ When it isn't assault is not funny and stealing my phone and holding me against my will for two hours is illegal after assaulting me. Making fun of a disabled woman is illegal also. I want charges pressed against the guy *********************** and me unbanned from the store since I didn't do anything wrong. I think people who abuse disabled women should be in jail and I am now pregnant and afraid he will do it again. I do not deserve to be banned I had receipts on my tri counties and my ebt online proving it at the time. I want to be unbanned immediately. I want my boyfriend unbanned also because he protects me against creeps who run your store. Also the guy has followed me and threatened and harassed me in the bathroom before. I feel highly harassed, stalked and discriminated against a disabled woman and also assaulted. I cannot move my wrists right since and continuely lose grip cus of the wrongful assault

I purchased a money order September 26, 2023 for $675 in the morning. Number 19-572136455. Later that afternoon deposited it into my **** of America account. **** of America honored the money order but on October 11 I received notice that they said it wasn't a valid check because Winco didn't honor it. The **** destroyed the money order and I am asking for my $675 back from Winco were I purchased it.
