Got sold into thinking that their software would be able to help our small business but once we actually started using it we found that it did not work AT ALL for our use case. We raised this concern with them multiple times and they mostly ignored all of our emails and calls. Eventually got through to someone who attempted to help and they removed 25% of the outstanding bill but we only signed the updated agreement on the understanding that they would also provide a payment plan for us. Instead they ghosted all of our emails for 2 months and ignored every single call. They are now saying we have 1 month to come up with over $6.5k. Terrible software. Absolutely atrocious customer service. They do not care at all. Be wary of ****** ***** as he is not true to his work and makes fake claims. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL COSTS

Software repeatedly crashed my MacBook Pro with 32GB of memory for days. It was a business quarter before we were able to use ZoomInfo. On using ZoomInfo a majority of contacts went to the reception. They claim they have sophisticated software to detect company detail accuracy but even for my own business the details were over 8 years outdated. They claim a 99% uptime clause but this isnt honoured which will result in you dragging through legal channels. Couldnt recommend anyone use them for anything. May sue for damages.

Illegally obtaining and selling my info is not a good faith move- and we are talking about B2B relationships here.

Beware of ZoomInfo Technologies A Disappointing Experience from Start to Finish I wish I could give ZoomInfo Technologies zero stars. From the moment we signed on, it became clear that this company is more interested in locking customers into long-term contracts than delivering on their promises. The software they provided was nowhere near the standards they advertised. The data quality was abysmal, and despite raising multiple complaints and pointing out their failure to meet the terms of service, they did absolutely nothing to address the issue. Instead of taking responsibility, they repeatedly ignored our concerns and continued to harass us for payment on a 24-month contractthis, even after we had stopped using their subpar software within the first few months.Their lack of professionalism and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. It's clear that once they have your money, they couldnt care less about fulfilling their end of the bargain. Save yourself the headache and avoid ZoomInfo Technologies at all costs. This company is a scam, plain and simple.

This horrible company posted my personal cell and business as an auto /shipping business so I got harassed for 6 months by sales people trying to earn business in an industry my company ISN'T related to. Finally one of them told me where they got my info and I got to request they remove me. Should be illegal.

I had a business call for someone else at my company come directly to my personal cell phone. We asked the contact where they got the info.. shocker Zoominfo. My personal cell, which they do not have permission to have or distribute, is associated with a person (not me) as a business number (wrong). You can't actually file a complaint to have your info removed without downloading the ************* all seems super slimey & scammy. Not sure how else to report them & get my personal information removed.

The site permits accounts using false **********************. The following link claims that GH has employees and that P R is his Manager and Director. ****** has no employees and does all his own managing and directing. What's committed here is fraud.***************************************** -name of person who has no employees- / 4 1 0 0 2 9 5 5 5

This company publicly posted my information, including my personal phone number and my work email address. I was receiving spear phishing calls pretending to be from my place of work on my personal number, and some even tracked down my address because they had my work and phone number... this is dangerous. It interrupted work at a government agency, and exposed me to dangerous people who now know where I am located and how to find me, and I had to provide even more PII just to request my information to be removed.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a scam. They allowed a 1099 contractor from my company, not even an employee, to sign up for a two-year contract worth $25k. Do you think they would do due diligence and seek an owner to sign such a large contract? Nope. Rep ********************** a complete scumbag, signed up the contractor using my companys name. Now AR/AP is telling me I owe $18k or some other ludicrous amount for software that was never agreed to by me. I have never received an invoice until recently and have never once logged into their scam service. I will share this story with everyone I can. You should be ashamed of yourselves, ZoomInfo. Now comes *******************, the manager who is attempting to continue this facade."************************ May 28,Hi ******,Thank you for your response. Mercy and our account management team can only operate on the information that we have in front of us, which is a signed contract by ***************************** who was an employee of ****** Staffing during the time that ***** signed the subscription on ****** Staffing's behalf. By signing, ***** represented that he had the apparent authority to do so.In no way would we discourage you from reviewing the attached signed agreement and ZoomInfo LTC (linked here) with your attorney. If after that review your attorney has questions or needs further information, we can connect your attorney with the right point of contact in the ZoomInfo legal department. The ZoomInfo AR department will continue to attempt to collect the amounts due from ****** Staffing under the subscription agreement.Separately, as Mercy mentioned, if our account management team can provide you with any resources to ensure you get the most value possible out of ****** Staffing's ongoing ZoomInfo access, please let us know. Thank you."

I have been receiving calls from numerous companies that retrieve their data from Zoominfo. These companies that are contacting me think that I'm a manager at a completely separate company that I've never worked for nor have any current or past affiliation with. I'm not in any managerial or supervisory role at my job and I only share the same first and last name with the person these companies intended to contact. These companies informed me that they receive their data from Zoominfo. The fact that they're providing inaccurate information to their customer base is just one problem. It's unclear how Zoominfo retrieved my name and phone number as I've never provided authorization for them to to gather my information and provide it to third-parties. I've done very well to keep my phone number and personal information private, so the fact they have this information is very concerning and leads me to believe they have dealings with data brokers on the dark web selling stolen personal information. Furthermore, my phone number is on the National Do Not Call Registry and has been for many years now. I've tried calling Zoominfo at the number listed on their website, but the number appears to be disconnected. I'd like to inquire as to where they obtained my private information and request it be removed, but it only appears that I can do so by filling out a web request form. I'm hesitant to provide them additional contact information given the privacy concerns I already have. With so many negative reviews from people with similar issues, why is does Zoominfo still have a business license and still operating???If ******************** isn't going to take reprimand this company, I feel like I'll need to waste valuable time and resources to seek legal action.
