    I bought my 2018 Winnebago micro minnie from Destination Kunes new. I had it inspected and serviced every fall and spring and trusted them to do whatever was needed. Chris head of service is very nice to work with. I am a senior They never took advantage of me. I loved my Minnie.. It served me well. Today Justin arranged for them to buy it back at a fair price. He put forth a great deal of effort and he earned my trust. I see some negative reviews That was not my experience.

    This place is awful, with atrocious customer service. We bought a brand new camper, spending well over $40,000 and it has numerous major issues, including a leaking furnace making this brand new camper unusable until its repaired.. They refuse to do anything sooner than almost a month from now, and that is just to "look at it and diagnose the problem." Then it'll be a few weeks of "getting warranty approved" before they can order the parts that will likely take a few weeks. We will be lucky not be able to camp again until August in our BRAND NEW camper... They will literally lie right to your face as you are there purchasing the camper and the minute they get their money, you mean nothing anymore. Not mention we paid several thousand extra for a protective armor coating that would be applied to our camper at home after purchase, and they didn't show up and don't even return calls. I'm mind blown how much of a scam they're running and getting away with at Kunes. Simply look at any local facebook groups and you'll see they're filled with complaints about how bad this place really is.

    Frustrating to say the least. We were in an accident back in July 2022 and took our RV back to Kunes for repairs. After receiving repairs and driving our RV from the Sheboygan WI location to our hometown of Green Bay, we noticed the front windshield was separating from the body of the RV. We immediately called Kunes to remedy the situation, which they informed us we needed to drive our RV another 65 miles to Fondulac to the company who initially repaired our RV with our windshield barely hanging on. The lack of responsibility, care for their customer's well-being or any other person on the road, and compassion for the time and money we have to both take out of our work schedules to get the repairs done before the start of season with no push to prioritize or remedy the situation blows my mind.

    Our experience was stellar. I'm not even sure where to start! The sales staff was amazing. The care they gave to us was amazing. The attention to detail for what we needed and help with our trade in was outstanding. They really cared about us. They delivered our new RV to our seasonal campsite and removed our old one. It wasn't an easy job and I totally admit that I'm particular. I give them 10 stars for how they placed our new camper along our deck exactly where we wanted it. Kunes Destination RV even got us set up in the spring of '23 for leveling off the camper after the winter ground settling. We aren't spring chickens any more so it's nice to be taken care of.

    We have a 5 year old camper that was to be fixed. Had the camper from November of 2021 till May of 2022. Though they fixed everything. Got it home and the service tech had to come out 6 times to refix what was supposed to be fixed. Now it is beginning of October and we are still having problems. Made a call to talk to the service manager and set an appointment to look at it again and he set an appointment. Got a text 12 hour to them coming that they need $105.00 for the sevice call. We already payed over $8000.00 to have it fixed properly. Now we owe more???

They confirm your unit was in for service 11/17/2021 with issues with water damage on 2 of the slides. 06/30/2022 our technician went on-site to replace one of the slide out seals at no cost.08/22/2022We received a call requesting service for the gray tank leaking. It also got replaced at no cost.The most recent visit was 10/19/2022 requesting service for a water leak on a slide, this is in regards to a different slide, neither one of the slides we repaired 11 months ago.I do apologize for any inconvenience. If there is anythingwe can do to help you out don'thesitateto contact us ************** Best regards.

    Bought a trailer from another dealer in 2020. Kunes bought them out. Had problems which were covered under warrantry which Kunes mishandled in my view. Then had an electrical problem and had to deal with Christine, who was very rude. Parts were ordered and I got no follow up from Kunes. Got the first part myself and had the repair done. Christine called 6 weeks later to tell me the part came in. It had taken me a week to get the part. I obtained another less critical part this year which Kunes was supposed to get last year. Christine was very unpleasant on the phone questioning my honesty and intelligence. I practiced law for over forty years and it isn't hard to determine that her behavior was part of the business model to discourage the prior owner's customers from getting warranty work done.

    Bought brand new camper in 2021, had immediate slideout issues (cables very loose, slide sags 1-2", binds when actuated), but was able to use until fall. Brought it in for service as agreed in fall and was told there were no parts and they didn't have training to fix that slide system, but we're getting trained that winter. Was told "we have the parts and are ready for you" this spring. Brought the camper back and it was "fixed". Blatantly obvious that nothibg was replaced or adjusted. Same slack, same sag, they only replaced the battery so now it powers through the misalignment.
