      This company is the worse company to ever deal with. Before I decided to work with this company I asked a representative what plan would be great for my company. He told me which plan would great for my company and that this plan my customers would be able to purchase off the website etc. My customers were never able to purchase off my website, tried talking to customer service and they were very rude and I was only with them for 2 months when I asked to get some of my money back because I paid for the entire year and was not able to get any money back. So they will be getting 10 months of free money from me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO NO ONE!!!!

      **BEWARE** It's a scam when they offer to design your website for free.I signed up for the domain, hosting, and email, and they gave me a free design for my website.1.- I sent them all the information and practically all the content for my website.2.- After 6 days, they sent me the first draft of my page. That same day, I sent them all the errors, omissions, and missing additions.3.- Two days later, they sent me an email indicating that they had made the requested changes.4.- Upon reviewing it, I realized that there were still several changes and details that they had not made.5.- A day later, I sent them my comments again, clearly indicating what they were.6.- Two days later (Thursday, June 26, 2025), I received an email telling me to review my website because the changes were ready, which was not correct. There were still several errors that I had asked them to fix since the first review.7.- This time I was unable to reply the next day, i.e., Friday, June 27, 2025. The weekend of June 28 and 29 came and went. On Monday, June 30, 2025, at 7:30 a.m., I received an email from them stating that I had taken more than three days to respond and that, therefore, they were no longer responsible for completing the design of my website and that they were passing the task of completing the design on to me. 8.- The Filipinos who answer the phone do not speak understandable English and literally told me that if they finish the design, I have to pay them for this service.

      The most unprofessional and not helpful company that I have ever dealt with. I am floored by the poor customer service and the shady billing practices. I do NOT recommend them to anyone.

      I have had the most frustrating experience with setting up my website using go daddy after spending hundreds of dollars. My first order on June 16, 2025 for $70.32 was for what I thought I needed to start selling stuff on my website. I called for help and was told I purchased the wrong package and that I needed to pay an additional $42.15. After trying to setup my webpage and it not working properly I called again for help and this time the lady said oh you wont get any sales this way you need to purchase the package my daughter uses she loves it and has many sales you will start selling right away and you will love it too. This cost me $265.48 but I was guranteed this was to help me.. this was a nightmare. My site was down for days! I never got any help, I watched ******* videos on how to make my site and did it by myself, zero sales zero traffic.. I called go daddy so many times, I finally got someone to help me on the 19th they said i didnt pay for website help, I paid for 2 years of website ownership and I was furious I wasnt told this, I wanted to pay monthly. They made an adjustment for me to include the website builder help and set me up for the monthly payment but I never received any help! I built the site all by myself! I called again, this time I was told I never activated my website builder help so thats why I never got any help. I asked for a refund and was granted a refund but to store credit! ******! I called again, I had to talk with multiple people wait hours and hours multiple times fighting for this to be told its outside policy to provide a refund because time has run out. I was told by one representative that in order to send a request for a refund that I needed to cancel and delete my website. It was still denied! Now I lost my website, countless hours and i lose all my money. go daddy is refusing to refund me for services that were never fulfilled. All this happened within 9 days! I should have a full month of my website.

      Why am I being charged for services I am not receiving?? How is this practice not a violation of your terms of agreement? I have been locked out of my .biz GoDaddy.com LLC account for over two weeks. My account is not accessible to me because a landline phone number is associated with my online account. This phone number will not accept text messages and purchasing a mobile/cell phone is not a feasible solution. I have reached out to your customer service team several times but the problem has not been corrected. The ability to promote and/or update Summer time product deals are essential for online business participating in affiliate marketing. Time is of the essence and becoming a costly expense! GoDaddy's failure to reach out to me and remediate this situation can be a deal breaker.

      As a small business owner, I find the process of renewing my website domains VERY frustrating. My account is set to auto-renew and it does not show any details about the number of years or the cost. It seems intentionally so their price does not have to be competitive. When I inquired first by instant message, a customer *** said he could confirm it would renew for 3 years and the only way to get 1 year terms was to add it to my shopping cart. When I called and spoke to another CSR (English is the second language for both CSRs) she said that I would have to renew today to get 1 year or I would have to call back if I wanted to wait until closer to my renewal dates of 8-12 and 8-24. I asked to turn off the auto-renewal and she said she could get approval from her supervisor to do this if I would agree to pay today for the 1 year with added protection. I said no. Why are they so eager to keep pricing and contracts under a veil, it should be transparent and consumer friendly. Not require multiple contacts in customer service.

      Our small business was locked out and prevented from editing our site or transferring our domain. **************** promised to fix it multiple times but never did. We allowed charges to continue for a few years b/c we wanted our business info published. When we moved, we were forced to cancel the credit card to stop the charges and lost our domain. Never give them money.

      Frustrated is an understatement.I purchased a website builder from @GoDaddy back in March and it has never worked properly. Ive pushed back my launch date multiple times, lost time, money, and momentum all because of a system that constantly crashes, resets, or gives me errors.Every time I reach out, I get a different answer. One person says its my fault, another admits its internal. Ive spent hours redoing work just to end up in the same spot with no ************* a small business owner trying to get my brand off the ground. GoDaddy is literally preventing me from starting.Stay away!

      I sent this email and no response. The representative and the "supervisor' and the chat assistant all blamed me. It was unbelievable. I have several websites with Godaddy and never had this issue but the customer service is 1 star for sure. I would like the calls and chat records reviewed. Subject: Request for Service Credit and Compensation Domain: *************** Dear GoDaddy Executive Support,I purchased a hosting plan and domain through GoDaddy for ***************, but my site was unreachable with a 503 error for over 5 days. I contacted support multiple times and was assured it would be resolved, but the issue persisted. This outage significantly impacted my ability to launch my website and undermined the purpose of my purchase.Per your hosting agreement and uptime guarantees, I respectfully request a full credit for the lost days and applicable compensation. I have documented the downtime, attempted resolutions, and failed access.Please advise how you plan to resolve this issue and compensate for breach of service. I was told by representatives that it was my fault. How? I purchased a new Wordpress hosting plan and a new domain. It was installed on Wordpress by a Godaddy representative and it never worked. I continued to get a 503 from day one. I never added any information to the site because I could not get passed this error.
