      I've been a GoDaddy customer for over 10 years and have been very happy. They were available by phone 24/7 with competent people answered the phone. Sadly, that's not the case any longer. If you have GoDady hosting in 2023, you are on your own. They outsourced their tech support to people that basically read from a FAQ and completely waste your time when there's a problem. I mean days and days of time wasted, not just a few hours, all while blaming everyone outside and even inside their company for any issues. I've paid for their WPPS (WP premium support) and still nothing except to disable several plugins and state that the plugins were the issue with absolutely no proof. When you complain enough, I mean days of complaining, they send you to advanced hosting who are very talented people that troubleshoot problems, then open paid WPPS tickets with extensive notes, only to be completely ignored by WPPS people who disable plugins and close the ticket.I called for 4 days in a row spending nearly 6 hours per day on the phone with their new tech support people. The wait times for each call are ***** minutes and then they put you on hold only to hang up on you and don't call you back. It took 3 calls per day and the first 2 calls each and everyday they just hung up on me until my third call when I demanded to speak with a supervisor, then they decided to help me to no avail.

      This company is shady as all get out. They say they will refund you, but no one answers when you try to reach customer support. They lure you in with low pricing, then when you go to check how much the renewable will be, it is no where to be found! Tried to contact customer support, and the chat option did not work. I ended up just cancelling all my domains and will certainly never use GoDaddy again for domain purchases. 100% do not recommend.

      I have been a customer for many years. Their customer service has been in a continual decline each year. Very unfriendly and unusable customer interfaces. Continual billing errors for products. As stated the problems have progressively gotten worse each year.

      i didnt do much with them anymore. but had domains registered there. they keep over billing me on the auto renew. every year i go in and change it back to one year. every year at least one of my domains gets double billed. this time they say they can not issue a refund. but could do godaddy credits for the money they stole out of my account. how do you report a robbery on the internet.? you would call the cops if you were walking somewhere and somebody grabbed a $20 out of your hand or pocket.

      Predatory practices. Back in ******************************************************** Nov. of 2019 I called to cancel all my services with this company. Turns out they had only turned off the domain services portion and they kept withdrawing money from my debit account since I was enrolled in autopay every 2-years for hosting services. They took a payment on Feb. 2021 and another one on Feb. 2023. So I called to request a refund the amount I paid since Nov. 2018 until Feb. 2023 (4 years) and I was told that it was my fault for never following a guide they sent which shows step by step how to turn off autopay. I can't even find this email from them. In total I paid about $450 over 4 years which I didn't use and all they have to say by phone is: "that was your fault for not turning off autopay using the guide we sent you" even though I called on Nov. 2019 to turn off every service I had with this company. They had only turned off domain services. Absolutely predatory business practices. I want nothing to do with them and I recommend all here to avoid this company.

      I've been a loyal customer to ********************** for 8 years but unfortunately, I think it may have to come to an end, I'm so disappointed in GoDaddy's customer service it used to be very good but now it's basically useless and time consuming with only make my problem more frustrating. I've been trying to change the business phone number and address for a month now but i can't due to godaddys error meanwhile my business is getting the bad review, i have a ticket number that is not getting any closer to being solved so I NO LONGER TRUST GODAADY WITH MY BUSINESS 0R MY MONEY!

      My name is ***************, President of **** Ministries. I have been attempting to get access to the go daddy account for timeministries.org for over a month now. I have experienced nothing but road blocks. I can appreciate the protections you have set up for the account, however I have proved with no exceptions that the company I work for **** Ministries owns the account and I am its President. I have set every none ID to your staff with no avail. We use Go Daddy for the **** Missions the *** of **** Ministries. We access that account. However you will not release the **** Ministries account.I Have tried to recover access to my account for timeministries.org. I have complied with the proof, I am president of the nonprofit in all ways! TWICE! But still they will not release the web site access that my company **** has paid for since ****. They keep telling me the original email address must be used. I cannot find **** as he had not worked with **** since ****. **** Credit Cards pays for the service, I have proved my position with **** sent the original 501 c papers of the corporation. But still I am held out. At this time I am considering not paying the bill and allow the site to go dormant and change from using your service to another. Your people have no reason to withhold the access other than they lack reasoning skills and obviously they cant think on their own and get my request taken care of for me. I am completely upset and will spread the word about go daddys lack of service to consider my request. This is completely unprofessional and I will lodging a complaint to the appropriate agencies. The **** BBB, *******, FCC will be contacted if this issue is not resolved. I will also be on the internet complaining as much as I possible can. I tried being nice, it go me nowhere.

      The advertised price was $2.99 for the first year. When I selected the domain to check out it went to $11.99. Nowhere on the page with the advertised $2.99 did it state that there were any other requirements, nor did it state anything in the cart that there was a 2 year commitment. This is clearly a bait and switch. On chat '*********' stated that it was a browser cache issue. This is false. I am a web developer and deal with caching issues all the time. I cleared all cache/cookies and local stored and the price was still showing the same. I offered to send a screenshot, but '*********' didn't care to see it. I will be moving all of my domains/hosting to a more trustworthy company. Get your domains elsewhere. GoDaddy has become too scammy.

      Beware with this site. My son registered two domain names and I found they added $9.99 to his renewal stating it's some sort of protection. It took two chats to finally get it resolved. The first person, *****, was highly unhelpful. ****** finally refunded me but not before stating an invoice number and saying the protection was on the initial registration. I looked it up and it was NOT. So lying and overcharging. I will keep an eye out for any more overcharges and hopefully find another domain provider soon,
