    I canceled my membership the day I was charged. I reached out and requested a ********* family is unfortunately in a financial crisis. My husband lost his job. We are in collections on some medical bills for our baby. And the didnt care at all or even listen. The 200 is more than my family has right now. So sad there was no compromise not even a partial refund or opportunity for me to share proof of my hardships. ******** customer service. I wish less than 1 star was an option.

    Oh, and because Beachbody has to try to backtrack their corrupt business, they will respond in the most negative way ever they will also come back with false dates claiming but we never canceled or claiming that we canceled on a specific date, but it’s incorrect. They also deleted all the voicemails or voice calls of a man telling me to shoot myself in the head with a 50 caliber bullet Imagine that they don’t have that recording. But I promise you they will respond because they are a corrupt, greedy, selfish company, who will try to say face, but I’m out here telling the world that they are evil corrupt and will steal every dime. You have no matter how many times you canceled. I have been actively trying to cancel a coaching thing since 2020 it’s still not canceled and they still continue to steal my money. How is this company able to commit so much fraud how is this a company able to see the threats they say how is this company able to get away with telling me to kill myself how was this company way to get away with anything at all? How is this company able to steal all of our money reading these reviews this company should be shot shut down a long time ago

    Again, how can you say it didnt happen if youre not me. It seems like a big cover-up that you are doing. Just admit that you guys are a horrible company and you do disservice to customers. This review is for awareness of how horrible your company is. You stole money from me you never kept your promises. I never opened your app. I never used your products but yet for the last I cant even count how many years you continued to steal my money even AFTER canceling 8 TIMES! This was in fact with you company ****!

    The worst company in the world i bought a bike last June have needed it replaced going on 3 times. I did the last warranty in December 2024 for a tech to come out and diagnose I have now written 15 emails to the company and nobody is responding its now April 2025 they don't have live people to call all is thro email and nobody answers and they pass the **** I have had 1 year of h*** 1400 down the toilet to be able to use the bike 5 times TOPS! WILL NOT GIVE ME MORE MEMBERSHIP and nobody's returning my messages about my new bike they owe me just sitting there with a bunch of jackets hanging in it worst investment EVER!!!!! Don't waste your time with this company they don't care about you once you spent your hard earned money!!

    Very scammy business. I paid for an entire year so I should have access for an entire year. I went to cancel so I wouldn't be charged for the upcoming year and access was IMMEDIATELY removed. I had paid for access for a year so I should receive access for a year. It is not right to remove access when I've paid for it. I will never use this business again for any reason because of this.

    Get proof of cancellation. Like many others I logged into the website and thought I cancelled my subscription. I ignored the email about renewal because I had already cancelled. But I was charged and without email confirmation of my cancellation I was told I would not be refunded.

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - They do not help you at all and take advantage of their customers. They give no ***** at all for forgotten subscription renewals. I was charged $180 for another year of a subscription I don't use and they refuse to refund my money. They don't care if you can't afford it, either.I will never use BODi products again nor will I recommend them to others.

    I tried to remove my card information from their website. You can only do that if you delete your account, which takes 2 - 4 weeks to review. I'm under the impression that it's illegal to keep customers from deleting their card information.

    Used to be an ethical and member focussed company. They have now become complete ********* more telephone customer service, instead left to text message Support only Auto renewal buried in terms and conditions for which the member is not able to explicitly and separately give their consent to. Unable, after respectful and detailed explanation, able to convert a membership from one year to three years. Instead, told that they can cancel the membership and not provide a refund.Unless changes are coming, Beachbody is well on their way to losing a long time and loyal members.

    I would give a lower rating than this. I originally signed up in 2022 and used their service a little. After that almost never. Every year I have been frustrated by this renewal, but this year the most. I have been out of work for almost a year and I no longer have unemployment funds. When they pulled almost $200 from my account, I tried to cancel while the charge was still pending with the bank. There is no way to reach them on Sunday when the initial charge occurred and even during the week you can only text their "agents" who tell you that you're beyond the "Money Back Guarantee" window which only lasts a small time beyond initial purchase. They state that b/c of this, no matter what, if they end up pulling money from you, too bad. They said that you could raise the issue a bit higher, which I did, via their form of exception request due to "extenuating circumstances" as stated by them. I submitted that exception request and within hours was denied. Apparently having no income is not an "extenuating circumstance". On the exception request form they ask if you are beyond the money back guarantee window. I am by 3 years!! But yet they have charged me now 3 annual renewals when I don't even use the service. They can see that in their records. Not even the combination of never accessing/using their service with no income mattered to them. They sent me a picture of an e-mail they sent a month ago stating that a renewal was upcoming and told me that they would not immediately cancel or refund the almost $200, that I would have access until next year, and then they gave me a $20 discount code on a $50 or greater purchase within the next 90 days. Are you kidding me? You just took another $200 from me, do you think I would ever purchase again? In addition, they billed and it went through even without my correct billing address. I moved 3 years ago. I get hundreds of e-mails per day and there are many unseen. Their practice should be illegal. AVOID THEM
