      Through **** my carpet and flooring work was financed through Wells Fargo. I was charged an ****% interest rate but every month the dollar amount for the interest changes (I.e. going from $41 to $45 to $48 and so on). I called on 1/31/23 about this concern. I was informed by representative ****** my dollar amount for the interest changes due to how many days are in the month. Due to that asinine answer, I requested to speak to a manager. From there I was transferred to the escalation team and I spoke with ******. He was not only rude, but never addressed my question. I looked on my statement at the bottom, where he told me, and it states that my interest charges would change due to either late payment, or if I made another purchase while paying off my current balance. I have not been late and I have not made any new purchases. I asked multiple times for the escalation team representative to please try to explain the disclaimer in ****** terms, and I was informed that that is the only way to explain it and it is my job to understand it. Unless I am not understanding the disclaimer, I feel that I am being either extorted for money or fraud is being committed. I am requesting assistance with resolving this issue.

      My problem with Wells Fargo has to do with a civil judgment that is appearing on my credit report. Wells Fargo ordered this judgment on 3/29/2019, filing #CI1900154,Amount of $210,518. . This debt was discharged 2/7/2019 by chapter 7 bankruptcy. The civil judgment on my credit report does not show that the debt was either paid or discharged. I contacted Wells Fargo and they told me they couldn't help me they didn't have any info on any of this.

      I have been living in Europe for work for the past ******************************************************** reach via phone, cell phone app or even their website. I had never paid my credit card late and one final payment on my card for my furniture left. I was in ****** at the time the payment was due. Normally I was in ******* when the bill was due easy paid it on the phone app. I had a lot of people to train and I was not home or would not be coming home for several months this stint. I called over and over with zero assistance as the app and website would not work in ******. I went as far as asking my parents to drive 2.5 hours away to the closest Wells Fargo to make the last payment on my card so it would be paid on time and finished. They stated they spoke with 2 diffirent counter reps and the manager and they refused to accept the payment, even with me on the phone explaining the situation. That the chat option, website and even calling was either non existent due to my living location. I continued to try and resolve the issue via phone with multiple failed attempts. When I arrived home to ******* for my time off. The first thing I did when arriving home from the airport was call and pay it. They reps I spoke with every single one were incredibly rude and wouldn't even listen when I spoke it was like they were reading a script and dead of all emotion. 35 months of continued payments and all they wouldn't even compromise on not closing my account. I did not want it closed, I did exactly what I should have done as a responsible card holder. I was told "I did not have a $10k limit or enough money in their bank for them care about my business the account is closed". I am not sure who thinks they get to talk to people like that, however with their track record I think it's safe to say they were in the wrong. I want my card reinstated and an apology for how they treat their clients.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      As previously stated, I was living in ******, then Europe and still currently Europe. It is impossible to contact wells fargo via, phone, email, chat, or use their busted app being over seas. I was living and working where ***** was still alive and actually taken seriously unlike in *******. I was able to visit home when my job training people over seas was slow due to covid issues therefore home on leave unpaid. The only reason anything ever became late is because their systems are not universal. That is on them not me.

      I deposit money in Wells Fargo Bank they said my funds would be available on the 1st . This money was from an accident I was in I am sorry that I ever done business with them I informed them I was a heart patient I have no heat in my home but they don't care they still holding my money. That belongs to me I can't even get my heart pills I spoke to the manager they want take the hold off

      On January 8, 2021 Wells Fargo received my Economic Impact Payment of $3000 from the *** through the Santa ******* ******************* The trace number for this transaction is ***************. I never received my money and it has taken over two years of research to finally prove that Wells Fargo received my money but never sent it to me. I just want our $3000 Corona Virus Impact payment and do not want to have to wait another two years.

      No matter how much proof I send to them about a charge dispute they don't seem to understand or care about their customers aka me! I have provided numerous pictures as evidence to them and spent hours on the phone with them and still nothing! They never should have received a government bail out. They are a corrupt company.

      my debit card was hacked and $334 was taken out of my account and wells Fargo refuses to issue a refund and iv already spoken to customer service and the branch manger for ********* ** wells Fargo , they said i will have to go to civil court in order to get a refund. they were extremely rude and refused to help me . what is the point of them staying in business if they let anyone hack into the account and not help you restore the money back that was taken. i just want to be issues the money that was promised after the 10 days from file a claim. there has already been many claims of this happening and i am not the only person this has happened to, i believed they would be a great place to bank after all the promises they made to correct anything. but they refused to help fix this situation.

      I would like to officially close my bank account. After everything that happened with money being stolen and not getting it back for months and wrong amounts placed back , I have switched to another bank and will never use wells fargo again. Please close my account.

      I deposited 2 checks via the Wells Fargo app on January 27th at 10:30am totalling a little over $900. The first check cleared, and the second one was held. Understandable, I thought, it was 2 checks at once. I paid off 2 bills and bought a coffee with the funds Wells Fargo said I had. An hour later I got an insufficient funds notice. Wells Fargo placed both checks on a 2 week hold. Now each purchase I just made dropped my account into the negative, and also added a $35 overdraft fee for each.After dealing with customer support and reaching "the highest level of support" I can confirm they will do absolutely nothing for you. I was offered $17.50 off of ONE of the overdraft fees. They kept saying "it is to protect your account", but actually it is a way to collect overdraft fees from poor people. No notion of "lets make sure the account OWNER is okay, just make sure we can stiff them with overdraft charges". This is an evil company, and it is shocking how easily they will tread over you so an executive can get a fatter bonus.
