I ordered a pair of shoes and a shirt from Pologize on Friday 10 2023 for $96.12 I got the tracking number and I have not recieved the product yet. But after reading all of these bad reviews I am afraid this company is a scam, I emailed several times with no responses, I got a phone number to call them but it says its not working anymore so I want you to please help me to get my money back since it was already charged from my credit card.Business Response

I placed an online order on December 23rd 2022 for $471 worth of clothing from Pologize. I never received a tracking number after the initial order. I contacted their customer service which took them a couple weeks to reply. They responded that they are working getting a tracking number and communicating with the factory. This was on January 5th 2023. I have been trying to contact them via email and phone about a total refund for my order, there has been no response from their company. I placed an order (#******) on October 27, 2022 for two jackets, totaling $179.98. Four months have passed and Ive yet to receive this order.I have email exchanges back and forth with ******* from Pologize customer service, and was told the shipment would originally take 12 business days; then was told it was being expedited to the warehouse to ship out in January.On January 13, 2023 ******* even offered a 10% refund due to the issue, but that has never transpired either.I would like a full refund of this order given the poor service, and all that I can find online about this company.Additionally, the bank account that I used to purchase the order has recently been closed. I am rejecting this response because: the initial response from Pologize doesn't seem to be based on accurate information. In January when I reached out I was told that my order had been shipped in October, but that due to a shipping issue, the order needed to be resent (this same claim has apparently been made to numerous others based on a ****** search of issues with Pologize shipments expressed by others). Pologize indicated they would provide a 10% refund and reship the two items I purchased, to which I agreed to. To this date I've yet to receive the partial refund, and my bank has no record of this transaction.Additionally, Pologize's response to the BBB is that my order has shipped; however, I just checked via the tracking email provided to me, and the system states the shipper is still waiting for receipt of the items from Pologize to ship them to me. This has been the case for many weeks. So, something just isn't adding up.
Given the numerous amount of customer complaints I've found on the Internet, all stating the same issue, I am no longer comfortable being a customer of ********************** as I do not feel their responses to be truthful, nor do I feel I will ever receive the two items I purchased.
Please refund to me the entire amount of my purchase and cancel my order.

My son bought a retro military jacket online from Pologize on 11.23.22 for $116.99. We received the same email about the company moving to a new warehouse and it may take extra time to receive the item. I sent an email checking on the status on January 10, 2023. I placed an order on December 17, 2022, and I never received a tracking number nor did I receive a shipping confirmation email. I have tried to contact them twice by email with no response, and every time I try to call the customer support number, it says it is no longer in service. At this point, I would really like them to deliver my product, or give me my money back. I have ordered with them before, it came through, and I was very satisfied with the product- so this is very surprising to me. On November 15th 2022 I made an order on Pologize for $302.38, order number ******. Almost three months later I haven't received the merchandise and asked several times for a full refund. I keep on getting responses from the same customer service rep called ******* lying about delays and promising delivery times that never happen. This is my second experience with this company and the first one I lost more than $200 in a refund that they claim they never received. I gave them a second chance and I regret it big time. I read all the reviews on this company and they are deceiving **** customers. Not only I ask for your support recuperating my funds but please do something within organization from ***** that is a total scam and it is affecting responsible customers like myself.
