Fraudulent parking tickets being issued in an apartment garage that uses the PayByPhone app to register guest vehicles. I parked and registered and received an email receipt for my hour of free parking. When I left, approximately 45 minutes later a ticket for $55 was on my windshield.

we have received parking tickets for parking in a lot that we were told to park in by ****** to complete a job, we would like the parking tickets to be cleared off our name. We do not owe this money. please see below.Just off the phone with ******. They told me they got parking tickets too but they discussed with the collecting company and ownership and were directed (as well as asked to direct all others) not to pay them, since none of us were supposed to get tickets.

Business does not have proper signage in parking facility or bollards to ask people to pay for parking. After that they sent me $85 as a parking violation when I was not aware that I had to pay to park.

I parked legally in a parking garage where my boyfriend lives. I have been there now 3 total times and each time I registered my vehicle using the app the sign said to download. The first time I did 24 hours and the second time I chose 18 hours. My proof is in the app and I sent an appeal showing I had registered my vehicle yet they still denied my appeal. They are are threading booting my vehicle. Thats extortion is it not? This has to be illegal. I have proof of my parking registered starting at 10:30pm on 6/11/24 and ending at 6/12/24 at 4:30pm. The ticket was placed on my vehicle at 11:45pm on 6/11/24. Clearly that is after I parked and have the receipt to prove I registered my vehicle. I have called the company and left a voicemail. I am livid over this. I will contact an attorney and contact the local news as I know several producers if this isnt taken care of. I have rights to expose this company for fraud and extortion if they dont dismiss this frivolous ticket. Sometime has to be wrong on their side not mine. Maybe the person issuing tickets didnt look for page 2 on his screen. He only shared a shot of one page of his screen and I cant see if their is a second page or not. I will not pay this ticket and if I get a boot I will definitely be hiring an attorney. This is not ok. I have evidence. Cold hard evidence

I am charged $55 for parking when their mobile app was not working. I appealed and they declined after I throughly went through the steps that a link would be sent to me to pay but I never received a link to pay. Clearly their fault. Their website only lets you appeal once and my one appeal was declined. Their number ************** will not let you speak to a person and only ask you to go back to their website. To be clear I was trying to pay the $3.45 for one hour of parking. Their system had a glitch and they do not want to take responsibility for thir mistake

We paid for parking to go to the ******************. Now, two months later, we receive a "final notice" from "Professional Parking Management" that we didn't pay and we now are being charged $85. When I look up the garage on ******* there are TONS of similar complaints. Feels like a huge SCAM.

This business manages the parking at my apartment complex. They require you to register the car and the tag. They then give you a large blue tag to hang off the rear view mirror and display. This tag is distracting to me while I drive and disrupts my view. So every morning I pull the tag down to drive and put it back up when I get home. One day, after a long shift at the hospital, I forgot to put it back up. I was written a ticket for $55 for parking in my own apartment complex for which my car and tag is registered. I attempted an appeal and was immediately denied with no excuses given. They offer no help for one mistake. My roomate also received a ticket when her tag was laying on the dash instead of hanging in the rear view mirror. You could clearly see the pass in the photos they submitted for evidence. In addition, the app for registering guest parking rarely works and due to this my boyfriend also received a ticket after I had registered his car and the parking expired and the app would not let me renew. I have screenshots verifying this information. They also ignored that email for an appeal and then sent him to collections for $180. This company does not care for its customers at all.

Professional Parking Management with headquarters based in ***************, ** has sent me mail saying I owe them $45.00 - $85.00 for overstay parking. My friend and I used a public parking lot at the address ***************************************** and paid for a couple hours to start. Knowing that we can pay online, we both were expecting a text notification to alert and/or remind us to pay for more hours. Neither of us received any reminder, and so lost track of time. If we were not expecting a notification, then we would have been more mindful of time and just increased our hours without issue. But now I receive mail that Im due up to $85.00 for a couple more hours that would have cost nowhere near that amount? I have seen reviews about this parking company and many flaws regarding their ethics. This is an easy way for them to make a ridiculous amount of money off of people. In their mail letter, they also state that their terms and conditions of the parking contract is clearly displayed at the parking facility which is not true. I did not see any notice about this. The sign that is front of the parking spots only mentioned how to pay, nothing else. There was nothing about this information that was clearly stated. The lot should be checked to make sure their machines are actually sending notifications to people. They are also asking for receipts, but again, because we were expecting a notification and did not expect there to be issues, I do not have any receipts, only a charge on my account for what I originally paid for. I cannot prove to them that we did not get a notification, simply because there was no notification. I have been to other areas in the city and upon receiving a text reminder, had no issues increasing my time. This is the first time Ive seen this.
