      Allstate assumed complete liability for the total loss of my vehicle. I was told that they would cover my rental car expenses, submitted the receipt, which they acknowledged and remitted payment. The check ($585.55) bunced and I was charged a $15.00 fee from my bank.I am requesting reimbursement in the amount of $600.55.

      I had a car accident cl# **********, I was told by ***************************, adj that I am eligible for rental reimbursement cash out. I was paid 9 days, I dropped my car off at Royal Auto on 6/24/22. I was contacted by Royal Auto on 7/29/22 that my car was ready for pick up. Rental reimbursement is $30/day. I am requesting to be paid for the additional days, I only get 30 days rental reimbursement, therefore I am requesting 21 days of rental reimbursement be paid to me at $30/day=$630. I also do not want Allstate to retaliate against me and cancel this policy without my *********** knowing because I have experienced this with them in the past.Thank you!

      Someone hit my car back in May. I was not even in my car when this happened. I filed a claim with Allstate. I had to pay my deductible. I called months later to check on the status of me getting my deductible back and have been given the run around from at least 10 different representatives. I have yet to speak to a supervisor or get clarification of whats going on with me getting my deductible back. I have been told that people will reach back out to me and constantly have to keep calling to be told they dont really know whats going on. They are going back and forth within the company on who is to handle my claim. I have received no direct and clear answer. One person told me this is a cross file , another person told me my money should have been sent as the other company was bought out by Allstate. Another person took my deposit information and told me the money would be sent within a day. Another rep have told me they already issued a check. Just to turn around and here from another rep that my claim has not even been assigned to an adjuster. The last two reps I spoke with admitted they were confused as well based on the notes in the system and did not have a clear answer. I have yet to speak to a supervisor or get my money back for an accident I had nothing to do with in the first place.

      I am rejecting this response because: I received a call stating that the person who hit me did not have insurance at the time of the accident and that I would have to file to *** the person in court. When the accident happened the police pulled up an insurance policy for the person that hit me. Secondly my mom whos policy I am listed under advised me that the same incident happened to her , she was advised on the scene that the person who hit her did not have insurance and Allstate handled that portion of her claim as well. So I feel as if I am receiving inaccurate information still. I have went from not being able to locate the persons policy even though it was provided on the police report , to the insurance that the person had was bought out by Allstate so Allstate would be sending me money , to we are sending you the payment , to we have to file a claim with the persons insurance 5 months after the accident to now the person does not even have insurance.

      We filed a claim on 8/30/22 same day as the no fault accident. Ever since then we have had no response from AllState. We have experienced loss of wages because we don't have the car anymore. We are going to stressful trauma because of this lack of communication.

      I Got into car accident November 3, 2021. I got reared by a semi on I-75, its been about 10 months they have paid me once for lost wages and have stopped paying my doctors appointment for 2 months. I can't work,I don't understand I pay all this money for insurance and when I need help they don't do what their supposed to do!!!!

      I was trying to get a quote for auto insurance as well as home owners insurance. Everything went well I got my auto insurance and my homeowners insurance was supposed to be processed within two weeks and someone was supposed to contact me to get more information I guess but thats what I was told by Allstate insurance agent. After some period of time when they never sent any documentation about homeowners I found a local agent *********** Who is located on *******************************.. Who seemed to be very nice And who told me that I shouldnt be worried because all this is handled by Allstate insurance and my mortgage company. That the payment is usually made by Bank and I will not be even involved. So I trusted him as he was Allstate insurance agent and believed that this is the truth. After more than 4 months passed I got one letter from Allstate with 188$ That that was put on me due to home owners policy cancellation that I wasnt aware of. I never received anything from Allstate, nor From my mortgage company. When I received this letter I went immediately to see if my local agent mentioned above to get some explanations on that. He also mentioned that that was already put into collection on my name because its been issued like two months ago . And again I never received anything. When he realized what was happening he informed me that hes not my agent anymore, Despite him helping me several times with auto insurance As well as providing me with information on what is going on with homeowners insurance that I shouldnt be worried that this is fine. She stated that now its all in my problem and I have to call Allstate to get my money back. I called Allstate multiple times spoke to managers who said that this is purely my debt and I have to pay it. One of the agents Confirm that Allstate Did not include my mortgage number in initial package and it was their fault but I am still responsible because I was supposed to catch that.       I filed a claim with all state SquareTrade the claim number is 0 624-398-23131 they flag the complaint and sent me an email that I had to call in call it in many times and cannot get connected to a human their VRU lies about whole times and that your first in line but you still can't get to a representative after holding you holding one of the things they requested what's my original order number which they already had but it is ****************. The system will not let me introduce information and will not let me speak with a representative.

      I filed a claim 08/14/2022 Due to water damage coming from a roof leak I was put into a hotel 8/25/2022 till current because I was told i would be covered in getting my home replaced and now they stopped the demo process in the middle of the demo!!! Stating oh now that cant cover cause they werent sure where the problem was covering from!! Now my belongings have been thrown my house is full of mold and unliveable and they want to come back and say im sorry the roof had improper installation iI bought the home with e a brand new roof which THEY expected to get covered if the roof was improper whh take my money for years and say its covered as a good new roof ???!!!! Now my house is practically abandoned

      I am rejecting this response because: Im  getting minimum communication and minimal support from a company who is supposed to have me in good hands has me stressing more than I ever have in my entire life. My Adjuster ******************* is not sympathetic whatsoever made my whole experience with her feel personal I think shes in the wrong line of business her manager ******* helped me somewhat more understanding but refused to reimbursed what was damaged with my personal belongings not just mine but my children I literally feel homeless all though we been in a hotel I just feel like my family isnt a priority from saying everything is going to be covered to now only minimal coverage and not my roof although it was inspected by Allstate for a company as big as Allstate to make it seem like their so willing to help their customers really doesnt feel that way i would like to appreciate ************************* and ********************* and *********************** for keeping the ball rolling some what for the situation Im in and understanding my position this whole situation is just a nightmare and unprofessional at its finest.
