I purchased a ******* QN85B refurbished 75 ** from Woot on June 16 2023 for $1249.99 plus tax. I waited for three weeks and had to schedule a large timeframe for the delivery day. The ** 75 LED tv had a cardboard box around it with plastic straps, but none of the normal foam, padding or protection that is needed for a tv to survive the trip. That wasnt the freight companys fault. I rejected the shipment and contacted Woot for corrective action. They were already aware it arrived damaged but didnt offer me anything other then they were working it out with the freight company. After another week I received a bare minimum refund, not an option of replacing the ** at the sale price. No instead if I wanted it replaced I had to now pay $1469.99 plus tax. They had the replacement in stock and could have fixed this weeks ago. Its nothing more than another internet scam. Im not a company providing them loans and increasing the price after they screwed up is completely unethical.Business Response

Order #: ******** WIN: HG141854C - GE APCD08JASW Portable AC Quantity: 1 @$199.99 w/out taxes. 1st & 2nd attempt to resolve:The product and packaging arrived damaged when delivered, so we refused the delivery and it was sent back to your company. I just received an update stating that Woot refused the delivery.I just want my money back at this point. I am so disappointed and unsatisfied with the product, services and my experience.Woots responded to ask me for photos I don't have because the delivery was refused due to the damage, the *** driver pointed it out & verified it. It's documented & I have screen shots from the items *** tracking. I responded & explained.3rd attempt to resolve:The package didn't even get dropped off. The *** guy who brought the delivery showed the damaged package. The package was wet and the product was exposed and broken. Which is why it was refused, before it was even received. It needs to be addressed that the product was returned and upon it's return, it was refused? It does not even make sense why. *** even stated why it was returned. I ordered 2 sets of twin sheets on june 7th 2023 and only received 1 set.i contacted them on june 8th and asked where my second sheet set was.they told me to wait until the 22nd which was the original delivery date, so i waited. Three weeks ago on June 1st, I placed an order for and ** 65 OLED TV. The item shipped on June 5th and received in the local delivery facility on June 12th. I have never gotten a call or email to schedule the delivery. Ive been in communication via email and phone with customer service for the logistics company CEVA since it arrived. I also have been emailing with Woot. Neither company can seem to resolve my issue and my shipment is somewhere other than in my possession. At this point, I want a refund and Woot can file a claim against CEVA to retrieve the lost item. Id like to make my purchase with another retailer. The electrical plug arrived smashed and damaged with no grounding pole. Woot has been very slow to respond and has offered no communication about how the damaged goods will be replaced or refunded. The only communication I received was a generic email asking to send a picture of the damage. This email contained no identifying info about my order or any further information about what Woot intends to do to resolve this damaged item problem. Follow-up emails have gone unanswered. There is no phone number to contact Woot. Their online customer reviews are terrible and reflect the same problem I have experienced. This company should not be listed as an A+ BBB member with the high number of complaints registered at the BBB site and other websites. I intend to file a complaint with my credit card company requesting a charge-back to Woot.Business Response

When a customer receives a damaged item, it is our standard procedure to request photos of the damage. The severity of the damage, and the type of item are taken into account before we can process an item for return or refund.
After reviewing the correspondence on your order, it seems that you have sent multiple emails within a few hours of each other; Woot's email response policy is that all emails are answered within 24 hours. All of your unanswered emails are still within this 24-hour answer window.
Based on the photos of the damage that were provided, a full refund has been issued back to your original payment method. This refund should reflect in your account in a few days.

I ordered a patio set from woot. My family would be arriving and we needed a comfy sectional to sit outside. When it arrived the first piece we took out was cracked. As we continued to get things out of the box we noticed every single item was broken and there broken pieces all along the bottom of the box. This was not packaged with care. This item was over 500$. I have emailed and attempted to call by phone but the phone just goes to an undeliverable phone number. I have pictures documenting all of it. I need a full refund and the paid return packaging slip. 3 June I received my order of crown molding from woot. The package arrived damaged, opened missing items from inside, and accessories not present. The company was contacted where I was offered 40 for have of the order missing. After declining the offer I was told I would have to take the oversized item (8 in length), to the nearest *** store for a return.Business Response
