On 3/31 I made a early payoff payment to close out a lease of $52.61. On April 1st, $152.95 was also processed on my account after the agent had already given me a payoff good until 3/31the day before. When I called to question it, I was hung up on 3 times and told I could not speak to a supervisor because they were all in meetings on a Saturday at 4pm. I told them I would call the headquarters and Juan said he would transder me. I spoke to a spervisor (Javier or Xavier) who told me that I had been misinformed by the agent I spoke to that gave me the payoff information. I explained that misinformation causes issues for people on financial budgets. I asked if they were going to return my payment they took out after I paid the buyout balance and he said sorry but no that was not possible. I know that when I purchase a vehicle they do not charge you a payment after they give you the remaining balance. I do not believe this is fair to do especially when a customer verifies the information with an agent. The number I contacted customer service was ************Business Response

On or around 9/14/22 my bank account was fraudulently used to open an account with Progressive Leasing and secure a loan in my name without my knowledge nor consent. My bank account was charged $49.99 on 9/14/22 and $109.32 on 10/5/22. I immediately contacted my bank and had my card canceled and the account closed. My bank refunded me the $49.99 but was unable to refund the $109.32. In the past few months I have emailed Progressive Leasing at least a dozen times and have not heard back from them. I have emailed them a copy of the police report and identity theft report. I did not open this load nor did I receive any product from them.Business Response

In Feb.5th 2023 I spoke with Progressive leasing about my lease payment was not suppose to come out til April 3rd. my payment came through 28th. Then I called today to find out not suppose to come out March 30 th. Then I was told no the 28th. This caused a negative balance in my bank account of -282.80. I had it set up to pay the cash price of $685.72. Account #********. I am 90 years old. and they spoke with my daughter. to confirm April 03,2023 would be the payment. This is wrong.Business Response

I called Progressive Leasing 25x at different times on March 13th to try to pay my lease. Each time it rung once and hung up on me. I called private from my phone and it rung, by than they were closed. I also used TextNow app in which it rung right away going to recorded options. This business needs to be investigated and documents audited. I went online and it shows information for one lease mixed in with another lease's early buy out option. I have photos showing that. I also screen recorded. It wouldn't t let me select to pay the lease that is ending on March 17. When I chose it, it took me to the other lease payment options. I only authorized $86.23 which was shown as the only option to complete the lease. It said when it would be debited from my bank account. They took it upon themselves to withdraw $105.40 which I didn't authorize from my bank account. It clearly showed $86.23 and I called them and got to run around. I also tried to pay the other lease after for $354.46 on March 13th, at first they didn't even display a payment option it said call. Eventually I did submitting process online. I then called private on March 14 and they said they hadn't received that payment. I called because I didn't get an email for this lease saying it was completed only for the other lease. So on March 14 I had to debit another $354.46 out of my account again on top of the $105.40 that I didn't authorize. The $354.46 is the early buyout option price that completes the lease which they are clearly trying to make almost impossible before the 17th. Got the runaround,they wanted me to send bank statements which would run past the 90 day early purchase, and the guy said it was probably my Sim card as to why the phone call wasn't going through. I have T-Mobile and I have called from the same number before in the past when I first started the lease and it went through just fine. Plus I called private from this phone. Paid off the lease and the company is still trying to take another $59.79. Paid the amount that was stated to close out the lease on 2/22/23, and they have tried to take another payment today 2/27/23 after being paid in full.
