      Absolutely horrible! They never addressed the issue of ants at my house and STILL charged me to discontinue their awful service. SUCH A SCAM! Much better options out there with honest companies who actually know what they're doing!!

      I was sold Aptive services in May, for treatments every ***** days. They told me I would receive a follow up treatment 20 days after my initial treatment. First, they did not complete this follow up service. 80 days came and went and they still had not come to my home again. Despite them breaking the contract by not coming in the scheduled time, I was told it is impossible to cancel the contract without incurring a $199 fee. Apparently customers are expected to maintain their end of the contract, but Aptive is not required to do the same. Absolutely insane.

      The technicians were polite and timely but I am sure of the effectiveness of the treatment. I was really horrified when I tried to cancel and they kept putting me on hold. And then insisted I give a reason why I want to cancel - and they were speaking some African language in the background. just very strange customer service team.

      I've been dealing with Aptive for the last year and a half or so. I didn't have a real issue with insects, but i had some stink bugs that would show up every once in a while, so i thought it would be a good idea to treat it to get rid of them. I have had more insects since they started their treatment then before. I've tried cancelling a few times but they want to charge me $200 to cancel. The last appointment, no one even showed up. ************* of a company. Please do not sign up for this, find anyone but this company.

      Aptive came knocking on my door at 8:30 at night, which already felt way too late for sales calls. The representative was very pushy and wouldnt take no for an answer. I found the approach unprofessional and uncomfortable. If this is their sales tactic, its a big red flag for me.

      Bad experience they come and spray wherever they want and now were out tell them to and then they question other things are not supposed to question like my dogs bed. Why does that matter to them and they did it spray where I asked him to the only spray where they wanted to. And the fleas are not going away.

      I would give zero stars if it were an option. We had been having German roaches in our home, so when my grandfather passed away, my husband tried to solve the issue when I was out of town by having Aptive come out and spray for the pests. They got him to sign a 2-year contract. This all would have been fine, except they were never treating for German Roaches. The Techs never want to treat the full home, which is an issue in itself, but in addition, when they do treat the home, it is not for the targeted complaint whatsoever. When I expressed my displeasure with their unethical business practices, the tech said we need to pay extra for the German Cockroach treatment, and if I would pay an additional fee (we already pay 120/quarter), he would do the German cockroach treatment. I called Aptive to cancel the contract, which is over in 4 months anyway, but the person said he would be happy to reapply the treatment. But when I asked him how reapplying is going to help if it doesn't treat the issue we have, he didn't have any solution. He just said if we cancel the contract, they will charge us $199 for early termination, but in my mind, they had almost 2 years to satisfy their part of the contract and they failed.

      the salesman came to my house and offered a monthly service for a monthly fee, since start they now claim service will be every 3 to 4 months but they will still bill me, I argued with them from 1st month and finally paying their shut off fee of additional $199.00, they are still trying to collect money.I asked them to send me copy of contract, they sent one with false signature claiming I signed thru DocuSign, If I had ever seen the contract, I WOULD OF NEVER SIGNED IT.

      ABSOLUTE SCAM!! They sweet talk you with deals and then s**** you. I got a deal for $99 a month...not bad right? They are supposed to come monthly without the headache of scheduling. Well they had no problem ripping the money out of my account and not showing up and not answering the phone. When they finally did come they next day I had an infestation of ants in my home WHAT THE ****** I tried to cancel and they want to charge $300 ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! ****************!!

      STAY AWAY! These guys are scammers. I paid for a mosquito treatment, and the service technician sprays my house for a variety of pests I didn't complain about, but not for the mosquitoes. Aptive then schedules a reservice to actually get the mosquito treatment done--they give me a 9 hour window and never show up. They then upload a fake service slip with photos of someone else's house (hoping I wouldn't notice?). Over 20 emails later, throughout which they obfuscate, lie, dodge questions, and illegally try to impose fees in violation of their own contract terms, I finally get a refund. Save yourself the headache--this is not an ethical company.
